We unfortunately lost our furnace in early February when the weather was very cold and Comfort responded immediately and replaced the furnace at a very fair price in a prompt and professional manner. My wife and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service and product and thankful that they were there to help us in our time of need. I would recommend Comfort highly.

Always the best! Takes the time to listen to me. He explain how to use the new thermostat in terms I know and took him time so that I know how to use it! He is professional, the only one I call when I need anything HVAC and always for my maintenance to keep things running great!

I had obtained other quotes and Comfort Zone provided the best price for the unit and installation. Due to supply, the unit wasn’t available for a few weeks. When it arrived, they worked with me to schedule a convenient time for the install. During the install, they remained professional and were efficient.

They stand by their work. They installed the new HVAC system for my new construction and wired the entire house providing valuable recommendations for other items as well. I should add my home required two HVAC systems, one for the main house and one for the in-law apartment over our garage. I also required CAT5 wiring for hard internet connections for 6 locations throughout the home. A big job but not for Comfort Zone. They also kept my builder in line with respect to codes. If not for Andrew, I think I would have many problems.
