Hands down the best group of workers and company. We did 4 quotes for a new system and Thompson gave us the best quote. Other 3 businesses were much larger companies. These guys showed up when they said they would and worked tirelessly installing our new system. Our gas heat is in a cramped attic so not a simple task to say the least. But these guys got it done. And they cleaned up their mess as though they were never here.
We would be absolutely happy to work with them again.

We’ve had Thompson come out twice since purchasing our new home. They installed an exterior dryer vent and most recently hvac install. Chris, sales, was amazing and personable, never felt pressured or that he was selling me something more expensive just because. Josh and Andrew came and installed our new system and they were on time, professional, communicative, and nice as can be. Will continue to use Thompson in the future.

Great experience from beginning to end. Andrew and Josh were professional and easy to work around in our home all day. We hope we don’t have any issues but feel that the service will be top notch if we do. Thanks for warming us up and cooling us down!

Kevin Thompson and the crew really are knocking things out of the park. They have helped me with my 120yr old house and as a fellow contractor I trust Thompson H&C will do right by my customers and the continual service they provide.

Kevin and Scott understand building science and how a house can work much better with some changes in the supply routes and air sealing. They have also stepped away from making the quick dollar and advised my customers of all of the options before the next step is taken. Call them to take a look, ESPECIALLY if someone is telling you a second system is the only option.

We have used Thompson for the 20 years that we have lived at this house. They have always been responsive to our needs and have performed PM on our system twice a year. I am especially impressed with service of Greg Dowling. He has always been very thorough and explains what he is doing.

Mike came out on call to our properties this Saturday and was incredibly helpful in helping to assess our situation and get us back on track. The response time was quick, the service was professional and I'd highly recommend Mike and this company to anyone looking for reliable, top tier service.

We have used Thompson’s for years and have always been happy with their service. However, today, technician Chris went above and beyond while servicing our A/C. He did an excellent job maintaining our unit, but he also allowed my 8 year-old son to shadow him. Chris answered my son’s questions and listened to his stories with such patience. He did this all after being stung by a wasp almost as soon as he arrived. I can’t recommend Thompson’s enough and I really appreciate Chris’ kindness.

The worst company I have ever had to waste my money on. Their salesman made made promises about their commitment of customer service and everything was a lie. He said if you are not happy they will replace your system. I was not happy from day one bc this $7500 new system would not even cool my bedroom. Then later I found out that they put in a gas heat system when I asked for electric bc I had just been blown up in a natural gas explosion. They still wouldn't do anything about it. Now I just found them lying about this 10 year labor and parts warranty. They don't want to cover labor after 2 years. They told me I would have to pay for any service calls for 10 years. I make one service call and they want to charge me $90. What is wrong with you people. Zero percent commitment to promises made . their own slogan is a lie. I won't give them another penny of my money and I can't wait to see you in court bc u are horrible

The tech that came out to repair our upstairs unit was very professional, knew what he was doing and saved us a bundle by not having to replace the unit! They do a nice job!
