Good company. We have moved to Utah so no longer use them but I would if we were still there.

This organization is top notch! They are always there for service anytime I need them! I was out of town recently and the AC broke down and they were out to fix it within hours!

Horrible service lied to and left to swelter in heat .Three days yet they claim quick service now all i can do is wait ..What a nightmare Do not call this company ...no stars Me and my children are suffering nothing I can do Ive already paid for service call They dont care I called for help and was givin rude excuses worst service said reason is they are booked first said part for unit unavailable

They replaced my AC unit and did other work inside the home. Nothing but positive things to say about this business.

Offered a FREE HVAC inspection, when I called they qualified their offer to only units 15 years old....Buyer Beware as this is NOT what the ad said.

They owned error one of the JR service techs made on a prior maintenance service and corrected it without any questions.

Excellent experience. Always on time and very professional service. I would highly recommend Thompson to anyone.

Good service, nice people and always on schedule but you definitely pay for that.

Serviceman was able to get out to me quickly. I would use them again.
