Right on time for my check-up appointment as usual, with a call ahead as well. Greg was very professional, letting me know of things to watch for with my AC and Furnace unit.

The technician was thorough, prompt, and shared details to help me understand what he was doing and why. I also appreciate the extra touches of getting an automated text when they were en route. All in all, it was a good experience.

had AC issue over the 6/22/19 weekend. called the 24hr number and got immediate call back. George Shaw, the tech showed up promptly on Sunday morning, diagnosed and fixed the condenser problem. I highly recommend Thompson for your HVAC service needs. I intend to have them replace our entire (aged) system before fall. good work George!!
