Air Support Heating & AC Repair

Dalton and his crew at Air Support were AMAZING! Had an issue with our 21 yr old AC unit the Friday of Memorial Day weekend. Dalton came out himself after hours at no additional charge to repair our old AC. While here, he gave us quotes on a new dual fuel AC unit, dual fuel AC/Furnace combo, and dual fuel inverter AC/Furnace combo (inverter because we have solar panels on the home…helps to be more efficient in conjunction with solar ). He was very knowledgeable and came highly recommended. Said if we were to use him for new HVAC within 30 days, he would apply our repair cost to the install bill as a credit. Dalton was great about following up without being pushy.

Within this past month, we got four additional quotes from referred HVAC company and nothing or no one could compare to Dalton and his company. The final week of our 30 days to make a decision, Dalton reached out to let us know there was a manufacturer discount that week only for the inverter combo, saving even more money! Sold!

Financing was a breeze with many options to choose from. Scheduling and install happened within 3 days. Everything was on time. Dalton and the co-owner stayed all day with two others from their crew. Dressed in uniform. Vinyl wrapped company vehicles. Laid cloth runners down and wore shoe coverings. Amazing cleanup jobs after themselves…many contractors should take note. Extremely professional.

We asked them to relocate the new AC unit to the other side of the fence/house and get it out of the backyard where we intend to put a hard scape one day. They cleaned up the ground around the new unit and patched all the holes on the house from the old unit (now we need to paint!) The inverter is small, QUIET…OMG, SO QUIET, and the furnace is also quiet. We couldn’t tell that the air was actually running inside! All the line work for the furnace was meticulously ran and looked very neat and clean. Air Support offers one of the best warranties around!

Air Support put in a 17 seer dual fuel system for us. 10 year parts and labor with lifetime unit replacement. We highly recommend them! Zach, Dalton, and Kyle are very hard working and knowledgeable! It’s so nice to get high quality service! We are thankful we hired them!

Range Hood Installation - I was having trouble finding a company I could trust to do good quality work to install my range hood located above my propane stove. Luckily, I found them on the internet after contacting a few companies I had no confidence in that would do the job the right away within Code. My contractor had already had his electrician cut the drywall for my range hood install, assuming it would be the normal run-of-the-mill range hood. So, in the pictures below, you'll see the original drywall cut out, which my contractor will repair, along with a small soffit to hide the over cabinet vent. It matters 'how' the job gets done! I talked to Zach in the office and felt good about having them come look at my job. I had a new kitchen propane stove located under a cabinet and needed a range hood installed under a new cabinet that was already in place. Dalton came out to the house to look at my job and worked with me to solve the problem. We contacted a company and spoke with an engineer that offered a high quality 'in-cabinet' range hood that would install allowing the proper height (30") over the flame. Dalton and Kyle came out to the house and did a terrific job on the install. If you want a high quality,
professional job done, this company is for you! I would definitely use them again and highly recommend their services.

Zach and Dalton changed out two complete HVAC systems (furnaces and outside compressors/coils) in our house with Trane high efficiency systems. Very pleased with the install, and they also fixed some existing issues with flu setup. Would highly recommend them. These guys are a level above other companies with their knowledge and professionalism. Planning to use them for a new water heater install next. Air Support is the best!

Air Support is the best! Kyle rocks!! He was professional, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. He completed a very thorough inspection and cleaning of our AC units. He identified potential issues and discussed ways to address them, including photos to illustrate his points. Excellent visit! I give Air Support my highest recommendation!

Air support put in a ductless mini split in my sun room. Incredibly quiet, efficient, and works so much better than the window unit. They offer a 12 year parts warranty on their ductless. Much better warranty than the other quotes I got. Very quality work as well. I highly recommend these guys.

I was having a really stuffy nose every time I woke up. I knew needed a humidifier. Zach and Dalton came out and showed me my options without pushing me towards one like other companies had tried to. I ended up going with a steam humidifier. The guys worked hard to install it. They showed me how to use it, gave me advice on my indoor air quality, and showed me what proper system maintenance looks like. These guys are great.

I had a great experience with Air Support! They did a great job on the furnace installation and were very professional and easy to work with. They were even able to fix an existing dryer vent issue I had the same day as the furnace install.

Dalton, Kyle, and Zack did a great job installing Central Heat and Air. They kept us informed every step of the process and did the job exactly how it should be the first time.
Once complete, Dalton briefly gave us a tour of the new system, explained key points to maintain it and answered all questions.

Dalton and the team just finished replacing our AC and Furnace. I called the AirSupport team on a Monday afternoon around 6pm and they had a team to our front door the next day at 8am. After an in depth conversation with Dalton we knew that we needed to replace our system completely. We were provided with many different options so we could make the decision that best fit our situation and needs. Within 1 week Dalton and the team came by and fully replaced everything for us.
