My old furnace went out and a family member recommended Air Support. They were very responsive and helped me pick a new dual fuel system. Zach and Dalton were very careful to protect my home with drop cloths when they installed it. They did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks guys

I had Air Support install a ductless ac system in my pool house. The guys Dalton and Zach were very detailed and made sure the system was installed correctly. They put surge protection on the unit and showed me how to use it, maintain it, and some tips on how to hook it up to wifi. Their install looked very neat and tidy. I will definitely have them do my routine ac cleaning.

Zach came for the yearly maintenance check. He cleaned the outdoor coil as well as went over all the electrical components on the indoor. Spent about an hour on our system check and then went over all his concerns. Very thorough. Most checks we’ve had done in the past they were here less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend this company. Local, and very respectful

Air support came out and cleaned my dryer vent and I CANT BELIEVE HOW BAD IT WAS! I’m so glad I had them do it. The tech showed me before and after photos and showed me how much lint he pulled out. He also recommended I replace my dryer vent cap so I did. I would recommend!!

Zach Jones and team are the best HVAC crew in the state. Hands down. They focus on solving problems, not pushing the easy (more expensive) button of pushing sales for new units to customers, unless warranted. They conducted a thorough whole home inspection, installed two new MERV filtration systems on my hvac and reran a hvac line needed for a large remodel at a speed, quality and cost far exceeding the competition. Additionally, Zach alerted me to a major issue caused by another contractor that jeopardized the safety of our family and I was able to fix quick enough to avert disaster. He has all my business and deserves yours too. Thanks Air Support! 5 star!

When you are 400 miles away from Mom and she needs a new HVAC system……you call Air-support. They took care of my mom!! They made her feel comfortable about the process, with their patience, honesty, and down to earth salesmanship. They took the time with me and explained their services and rates. They went above and beyond……. from floor covers to protect the floor during the demo and installation…. too their professionalism, and good attitudes, she felt confident they were the right team for her project. When she asked about making some small changes to installation, they were happy to help. Mom said she could tell that they enjoyed their work and truly provided her with a quality system. My mom complements those that work for her…… mechanic, roofers, painters, tree service, HVAC techs…… with Kentucky’s Finest homemade cinnamon rolls (even the Amish can’t beat her rolls, they’re jealous and want the recipe)

My heat stopped working so I called air support. They came out the same day and fixed the problem at a fair price. They were thorough and knowledgeable. Big thanks to Dalton for getting us back up and running. I will definitely call again in the future

Zach Jones was our technician and he was so helpful! He came out to service our HVAC and we asked about adding a humidifier to the furnace. He was able to get that arranged and installed it the following day! He was professional, responsive, and funny! We actually enjoyed the experience, which you can’t say very often. Also, our dog was OBSESSED with him. 10/10
