Air Support Heating & AC Repair

We worked with Air Support over the past couple of weeks when our upstairs AC went out a week and a half before we were to have a houseful of company. Kyle came out quickly to diagnose the issue and lay out various options for us. Once we chose our option, the team was able to arrange quick delivery and installation the day before our visitors arrived. The team was here until very late to ensure that the job got done. Kyle and the Air Support team were very professional, polite, respectful and knowledgeable. We'll be calling them the next time we need service and recommending them to others! Was a pleasure doing business with Air Supply. They were prompt and knowledgeable about my situation and sent a young man who was extremely easy to deal with. Kyle with Air Supply was professional,courteous , and respectful. The problem we had needed immediate attention and Kyle was able to rectify the problem the next day. Had an issue with how some of my HVAC was set up in my recently renovated house. These guys did a great job diagnosing the problems and getting them resolved. Kyle was able to come out same day that I called to take a look and get me on the schedule shortly after. Very happy with how the work turned out and I’d bet the prices would be tough to beat elsewhere. In long, best experience ever with this type of business. Excellent customer and technical service. Kyle, came out next day on time and quickly identified the problem, followed by repairs. They did a full inspection and cleaning where needed. I couldn't be more pleased with the service.

I had a heating emergency in the middle of the night last night. I booked online and Dalton from Air Support was out the next morning. Their prices were very fair, Dalton was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and professional. He got us back up and running with the furnace repair and recommended some ac maintenance and future ac repairs that may be needed. He wasn’t pushy and showed me pictures of everything and walked me through what the different measurements, reading, and signs were. I joined their support plus maintenance plan and am very pleased with their service!

Awesome customer service. Exteremly knowledgeable, and helpful. Showed up on time, and the final price was the same as the quote, no hidden charges.
Not only did they replace my unit, they went above and beyond in making it right. the previous unit had various issues, and they made sure the new one was done correctly, in code, and in budget. If I EVER need anything HVAC related, this will be my first call. If you have any HVAC issues, do yourself a favor and give these guys a call first. You won't regret it.
