December 26, 2022, Dalton arrived timely to our home where the furnace wasn't working. The outside temperature was in teems and twenties; inside it was 51 and cooling. The problem turned out to be a domino effect; fix one thing and find another that caused that, etc. Unable to get the final part needed that day, he got our furnace up and running safely to give us heat and returned the following day with the part to fix the last little puzzle piece. Dalton was courteous, informative, patient, clean and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend the company and Dalton. We are very pleased with the service.

Dalton was great! My system stopped heating at 12:15 am Christmas morning. I called Air Support around 1:15 am thinking I would get an answering service, but was pleasantly surprised to get Dalton instead. He stayed on the phone with me trying to trouble shoot for an hour. After no success on getting the system back up and running, we agreed Dalton would need to have his eyes on the system. Christmas Day he came out and got the system back in working order. He was quick, responsive, so professional, and so kind; and I didn’t have to pay Holiday rates!!! Thank you so much for getting us warm again on Christmas Day!
