Absolutely impressed with Zach and Dalton! They exceeded my expectations the very first time I used them when they repaired a malfunctioning heat kit on Xmas day at one of my rental properties. I called on them today for an issue in my own home. They were immediately responsive, showed up on time, explained the nature of my heating issue (and the solution) and were very kind/courteous. Highly recommend. They are my “go to” for any heat / AC issues!

Great service from Air Support! Zach the maintenance technician performed a thorough cleaning on both systems in my house and I couldn’t be more pleased! He gave me advice on trimming back my hedges from the air conditioner and set me up with an amazing air filter to help with my allergies. I joined the Support Plus maintenance plan because I’ve never had a maintenance like this. Awesome work!

We are lucky to have these guys. They will shoot you straight and point in the right direction. Not out to get your money. Kyle came by and went over my entire system with me, gave me the honest truth, and left my unit looking better.

I had a heating emergency and was recommended air support from a friend and gave them a call. The owner Dalton answered the phone late Friday night and sent a tech there the same night. Dalton was super courteous on the phone and I really felt like he cared about getting my problem fixed as he tried to walk me through a few things before sending Zach out. Zach got us back up and running and I couldn’t be more thankful! He even wore shoe covers and my dog loved him. Will definitely call again if I need more help in the future.

Dalton came out that day went under the house looked it all over. He had his pad with him and took lots of
pictures of what needed to be fixed. That day we got a quote and set up a date and time for the work to be
done. They showed up at eight o'clock and started pulling all the old stuff out. Dalton and Zack worked all
day and then some to get the job done. They do fantastic work and would recommend them to any one. I
can't say enough about this company they know what to do and get it done right. Dalton or Zack you can
use me as a reference any time. We love the job you did and will call you back to change our unit out

Dalton and Zach were great to work with. It was Sunday afternoon and they got us on the schedule to be there within a couple of hours. Dalton explained what the issue was, and had our system back up and running in no time. They were on site when they said they would be and reasonable with costs! Will definitely use their services again in the future. A+

We had a lot of hot and cold spots in our back addition on the house. Zach and Dalton proposed a mini split add on to provide the back addition with the temperature needed to satisfy our needs. They tied in the rest of the ductwork into the main trunk line. Guys are top notch, and very professional. Would recommend to anyone wanting a ductless system!

Dalton serviced my unit. It wouldn’t maintain temperature so I called air support. They came out the same day, diagnosed my air conditioner and was able to fix it immediately. I highly recommend air support

I’ve had several great experiences with Air Support. Each time I’ve needed help with my HVAC, I’ve called them and they’ve come out right away....and when your AC/heat is out, you need someone that will come ASAP! They’ve always done a great job with my repairs and the cost has been very affordable. Zach and Dalton were very professional and courteous and made sure the job was done right. If you need a great HVAC business, you can’t go wrong with Air Support!
