K&K did a great job converting my home heating from propane to electric. They showed up at the scheduled appt time, answered all of my questions and were very professional. Highly recommended!

I have been using Kinser & Kinser for over 20 years. They have always been fair, and they always give you a price up front. I even had to call them on a Sunday, and they were right here. I would never consider using anyone else to service my equipment.

Called and made an appointment. No show on day of, and when I call them back they said they had it scheduled for a different day than what they told me. I specifically made sure to write down the correct date and time when making the original appointment and confirmed with the lady I spoke with. Absolute BS! Now I am out the time and money I took off work for this. Will not be receiving my business.

They provide terrific service and are the most dependable, truthful, punctual and economical company in our entire state. I have used their services for 30+ years and know of NO OTHER COMPANY that can compete with KINSER & KINSER. I highly recommend them with no reservations!

They did a great job replacing our entire HVAC system. We shopped around but they had a better price than the competition and better service. Their staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Once again it's Kinser and Kinser to the rescue. My aunt's AC went off late last night. Called them very early this morn. They set up emergency run. Within two hours from the call, the nice young worker had the AC back on. I cannot thank them enough.

Matt & Mike Cecil were great! They figured out a long term problem with our septic system and saved us a bunch of $$. You should consider these guys for your plumbing needs. Super guys!

Apparently calling after hours connects you with someone who has no power to schedule next day appointments. I was told (lied to) last night that a technician would be out between 8-5 today. This morning I received a call to schedule an appointment for tomorrow as I was not actually put on the schedule for today, and no one is available.

The employee today told me the after hours answering service can only provide emergency service. I asked for a manager to explain that I had been promised service today by the woman I spoke to last night. The manager rudely reiterated the "answering service can't schedule standard repairs" policy and no one would be repairing my AC today.

My builder used them for whole house installation: 2 A/c units and furnace. The upstairs unit was wired incorrectly and the temp was at 102 before we got home to turn it off. They came out and fixed it. Next our furnace was not working and quit heating our home. We were told that it was not set up correctly and a thermometer for the exterior of our home was never installed. So they are 0 for 2. No apologies for shoddy work.
