We have used Kinser & Kinser for a few years now. They installed our new heat pump a few years ago and we have our unit serviced about twice a year. We always ask for Mike, the best service tech around! We are very satisfied with the overall service. I do have one suggestion that we receive a reminder in the fall when we are due for the winter check. Us seniors don't remember too well. Thanks.

My 28 year old system finally broke in the heat of the summer.. Kinser and Kinser provided temp AC units to help us stay cool as our new high efficiency system needed to be ordered. They installed the new system when they said they would. The technicians were professional and friendly. They called back to see how everything was. They clearly cared about customer service. I highly recommend them!

Kinser and Kinser did an amazing job of taking care of us and our system. With a new home build sometimes their are kinks to work out, and my wife and I are VERY picky. They have bent over backwards to ensure we were fully satisfied. All of their employees were courteous and respectful. They stuck to their appointment days and times each visit. We can not be more happy with our system and service. I would recommend their business to any client, family, or friend.

Great experience. I had to have a new Trane system Installed, Gabe & Adam came in Put covers on my floors not to damage. I have an attic unit, they removed pictures from the walls not to damage, I work from home and was never disturbed. they did what had to be done, Very knowledgeable about the equipment. When they were finished except for the fact we had a new system, you could not even tell they had been there. everything was back in its original place and cleaned. I am very pleased with Kinser & Kinser - everything from working with sales, to the front office staff, and especially the team that came out to install the new heat pump.

First, the sales process was very low/nonexistent hassle. Working with Bryden was great and will probably reach out to him again to be prepared for the next heat pump replacement due to the age of the it (12 years) and how easy it was to work with him.

I also enjoyed how the front office staff kept me informed and when I called, answered every question professionally and with courtesy. It was great working with them and I felt like they took their time with me and treated me like a valued customer.

Lastly, if you have done any research at all, you know that there are a handful of companies with a large number of brands so the differentiation is meh. The #1 thing cited across almost every blog, YouTube video, etc. was that the most important piece was 'who' did your installation. Installation is the biggest factor in ensuring the new heat pump / Air Conditioner / Furnace, etc. functioned properly over long periods of time.

I have to say Josh and partner (my bad on names) were phenomenal from the first minute we met them and throughout the entire installation process. I couldn't have asked for a better team to do the install as I was educated on a couple of topics I had questions about. Plus, they finished early and left the house in very good condition. I am hopeful this one lasts as long as the one replaced, if not longer because of the care they took at getting it installed.

Oh, and Kinser warranties their work for 2 years. Almost everyone else warranties it for 1 year which shows their confidence.

We have had great experiences with Kinser and Kinser. They are easily accessible and always willing to provide us with exemplary service whenever we need it. I also appreciate how the service staff explains our HVAC issues in a way I can easily understand. Would highly recommend!
