We have been using K&K for 25 years. They have always been prompt, courteous, professional, and friendly. They have installed new units, repaired old ones and maintained them all with a service agreement. I have nothing but postive experiences and recommend them without hesitation.

The two guys kept on task and didn't leave any mess. The air conditioner from Kinser and Kinser is very quiet and we got it just in time for this hot weather! You can't stop a Trane. Our other one lasted over twenty five years!

A good HVAC company, is like finding a good mechanic. Unfortunately, there are a lot out there that give you misinformation. This is not the case with Kinser & Kinser. They have always been very professional and accurate. The best around.

My new rental property had AC go out on hottest day of the year, naturally after business hours. I called them expecting to have to replace the AC unit. They were there in less than 30 minutes (30 minutes after initial call). And within minutes the AC was fixed. Just a capacitor, cost me $100 for emergency run (WELL WORTH IT) and $92 for the capacitor.

Scheduled Kinser & Kinser for an annual heating system service and the repair of a water leak from the air handler. Mike the HVAC specialist showed up on time, cleaned and repaired the system, we were very pleased with the service.

The team was friendly and professional. Nobody wants to do a full system replacement, but it was time. Team ran into some issues with a faulty sensor during install, but worked to get the job done right. Very pleased with end result.

I have a geothermal HVAC system. My preferred technician at Kinser & Kinser is Michael McClure. Mr. McClure is extremely knowledgeable about HVAC systems, including geothermal HVAC units. He is personable, conscientious, meticulous, and thorough. Mr. McClure has provided my HVAC services for the past 8 years, and I have absolute confidence in the service that he provides.

Lynda was informative, polite and she called when David was on his way to my home. He arrived when expected; was friendly and had a professional appearance. David quickly went to work checking the air conditioner and reported what he found and completed the task. Very pleased!
