When we first moved to Oldham Co years ago, we used Kinser and Kinser and loved their work. Then, as years went by, I felt their service level dropped off, and I was honestly disappointed over several issues. May be too early to say, but perhaps my confidence is restored! Our AC went out Saturday night so I called the emergency service line early Sunday morning. A technician, Mike McClure, called fairly quickly and after discussing the matter, agreed to come out. It turned out to be a bad capacitor, which he fixed fairly quickly.
He did a good job, Was professional, and explained everything thoroughly. He had us back up and running quickly, on one of the hottest days of the year so far.
I went ahead and signed a service contract with K&K again to have the routine checkups twice a year. I had abandoned that a few years ago, after my confidence in them was shaken. I'm looking forward to a new relationship with them, and hoping for the best. I appreciate Mike coming out so quickly on a hot day and doing an awesome job. I'm glad I called, and look forward to doing business with K&K again. I might also mention, they are the ones who originally installed the system that I currently own.

Very happy with our service through Kinser & Kinser! You never want to be in the spot where your heating system goes out in the middle of winter but we were there. Kinser came out and diagnose the issue and had a crew on site the next morning for the install. The guys were professional and personable, they did a great job and would recommend them to anyone.

I have used K&K for 30 years. There is not another company I would trust with my heating, cooling, and plumbing.

They installed a new heat pump for me. I was so impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. The installing guys were very experienced and did a great job. My house is cold again! I would highly recommend this company. Their price was also significantly less than other companies.

Absolutely amazing company to work with. Kinser installed a new heat pump system in our home last month and the whole experience has been fantastic. Gabe and his team did a great job on the install, telling me what they did step by step. I honestly can’t believe how well the new system performs AND looks. My wife and I are so pleased with our new HVAC. Kinser even sent a tech out after the install to meet with us and answer any questions we had! They also told me constantly during the install and even after: “if you have ANY questions, just call us”. Really put me at ease with such a big purchase. Terry who answers their phones is also amazing!

This is the second heating system we’ve had Kinser & Kinser install. They provide quality products and respond quickly to repair needs and questions. Their office staff are exceptional. While installing an efficient gas furnace in our house, their technician took the time to answer questions that allowed us to make better informed decisions in regard to other aspects of this important remodel.

This company did a great job selling us a new system. The following year, they were terrible. They did not show up for schedule service. When I called, they told me they were running behind. I waited another 1.5 hours then called to cancel. Another company told me our system had a problem. I called to have Kinser look at it because we are still under warranty. The tech said nothing was wrong. I called to ask for documentation for warranty purposes. They said they would email to me; never received. I called twice (a few days apart) to speak with someone in management about my experience. No one ever called back. Finally, I drove there. I still never spoke with management. The lady at the front desk printed the information I needed. Terrible customer service. Unless I have a warranty issue, I will not be a Kinser customer again.
