My ac unit wasn’t turning on. Called OnTime Heating and Air. They sent a
technician out that very day. Dalton discovered that the water pump had been accidentally disconnected. He corrected the problem and ac is up and running fine now. Thank you, Dalton, and Crystal for taking care of me today. They are always on time.

The repairman explained everything very well and gave me the approximate cost before the repair.

WOW! Great customer service, always friendly, and they are prompt in in service. I had a vent not cooperating and Brian came out and thoroughly checked everything and fixed the problem. Can't say enough positive about this company and their care of the customer!!!
