OnTIME Service

The guys are always nice and they do a good and clean job. They have done a couple more jobs I would call them again

When I called to request a service technician to repair my ac unit, it was already after hours & me & my 5 fur babies were absolutely miserable as it was 84° in the house. I was told there would be someone to look at my unit soon as he completed the job he was on & Gage arrived within an hour. He quickly diagnosed the problem, discussed pricing & options, & made arrangements to return early the following day since he didn't have the part needed on hand. He was knowledgeable, friendly, very polite, & thoroughly explained the problem & the corrective actions needed to get my unit working again ( he was also considerate enough to wear shoe coverings when he came inside to look at the furnace).In my opinion, although it was a somewhat pricey repair, it was fair & worth every penny, taking into consideration that it was fixed within a 24 hour window, with a 1 hour response time on the initial call. I plan on installing a new unit next summer & will not hesitate to have OnTime do the work - they also offer a great financing program. I'm a very happy customer.

Nick was our tech and he was awesome. Knowledgeable and very nice. He was great to work with. Very recommended.

Follow-up: All of the work was completed yesterday. Clint and Evan we the techs that did most of the install. They were great. Another Clint was the plumber for the water heater install. He too was great. There was another guy who did duct work... I cannot remember his name. But he was great too. It was a major work day and they were all awesome. Very pleased with Ontime. Thank you all.

Gage was very prompt, professional, and helpful in explaining the different choices in units. I would highly recommend them.

Had a problem with thermostat durability na a winter storm over Christmas. Helped me to resolve the problem. Called back to see if it was working correctly. I would use no one else.

They were very prompt!! Nathen that came to the house was very informative and was able to answer all my questions and concerns I had! They came one day and since we had no AC at all we actually able to come the very next day with a brand new unit to install. It has been a very fast and easy process. Thanks so much for all the hard work that everyone has put in on this job! I didn’t catch the 2 guys names that were here to do the install but they have done an amazing job!!!
