OnTIME Service

We called on time for a plumbing and HVAC inspection. They ran a thorough inspection of our system with quotes for repair or replacement. I felt that both their HVAC and plumbing services were fair and respectful. I’m happy to do business with them again and recommend them to others!

Our heat stopped working early Sunday morning. Of course being a Sunday no places were open. They called within 30 minutes of me leaving a message. Our service person called and texted that he was on his way. He gave us different options and routes we could go with our older current system. Some we had no idea were available. Great. service in a timely manner with knowledgeable service staff.

Very professional! Takes the time to talk to you and explain the process of what needs to be fixed. Air went out, 87 degrees in the house, and fixed in the same day! Wow!!

Service technician was very friendly, and educated me on my heat pump system, as I am a new home owner, with this type of system. I was not aware that the occasional shut off sound I was hearing was normal, and I was afraid something was wrong with my furnace. Would highly recommend this business.

Our outside unit wasn't working well and the tech was courteous and professional and helpful. He was able to access and fix the issue promptly.

They were friendly, God fearing Christians. I ordered on a Monday the next Thursday they were there bright and early installing my unit.. I will refer all my friends and family to check out ONTIME. We are very satisfied with the order and the installation of our unit.
