Cody was the technician who repaired my furnace he explained what parts were needed what had to be ordered and when parts would arrive, gave me estimate of cost. This was the first time contacting service repair since my husband died. I am very pleased with service provided. Woodard will be who I call for any cooling and heating issues. Thanks again for great service.

We had an appointment scheduled and I was told to expect a technician between 8-12. I was not told to expect a phone call before they arrived so I had my ringer off because I had been battling some sickness, but it is my girlfriend's house and she was up and looking out the first floor windows for them. I awoke to two missed calls and so I hurriedly called back and was told they had moved on and could reschedule for next week. So I was left scrambling for someone who could address my issue for the gathering of 60 people at our house this weekend.
It didn't matter that when I had initially called for an appointment I was promised a call back within the hour, then Thanksgiving happened and I contracted a sickness so I finally called them back a week later to schedule the appointment. When I mentioned that to the front desk this morning it was dismissed with an "Oh, it was just a mistake." So moral of the story, Woodward Heating & Air is allowed mistakes, but you aren't. So the five heating and air units we own will now be serviced and replaced elsewhere. - Bryan

Bill is very fair on prices..and his team of men are just the best..Jason spends time explaining things and it was great having him work on my unit..I have always felt confident in calling them

The young service man more than made up for the rudeness of the person that had cancelled my appointment because I didn't answer her to make sure I would be home. When I called to make sure the person was coming her response was not nice. My opinion is some women should not deal with the public. This one took our conversation too personal and no matter how I tried to go past the mistake she kept going back to it. When I finally tried to reschedule she made sure that no matter what date I picked it wouldn't work. Someone else called to make it up however the damaged was done. I will finish up the contract this year and see if I will renew for 2021

After 1000's of dollars over a 3 year period our issues never subsided. On the same issue of water leaking which caused damage to my floor. When I questioned them about why they could never fix the issue, they stated because the unit was installed incorrectly. This being said I was never offered a permanent fix they just put a bandaid on it so they could keep coming out once ever 3 months. Do not recommended. Update: called as requested below, they took my information and haven't called back.

Woodard Cooling and Heating in my opinion are the best. We have been with them for about 12 years and they are always kind and respectful. When we have a problem they always here to fix the problem.

Technician is very knowledgable, professional and outstanding. They were prompt, and even came sooner than scheduled when the needed part became available sooner than expected.
