Hager and Son Heating & Cooling

This company was recommended to me by a contractor that was doing a crawlspace encapsulation for us. That made it easier to make our decision on changing HVAC contractors knowing their peers would recommend them. I would have considered this job done but Jared did a follow up and decided the foam insulation didn't seal in a few areas as well as he wanted. He has already scheduled the return visit and he'll follow up again. That's the first time I've seen someone do a follow up and then follow thru. Most customers would never know the job had a flaw, there would be no follow up to catch it and how many people really get under their house to inspect it? I appreciate the honesty. Jared also worked with us on finding solutions to our unique issues and pricing it with different options. Things that had occurred over the last 30+ years with our former contractor made me wonder why they never caught the issues before. Jared fixed an issue while he was doing the estimates. He didn't have the job yet but was concerned with our safety and wouldn't let it go once he discovered it. The office calls when someone is headed your way. You have a pretty good idea when they'll arrive. Professional crews. Hager & Sons is our new contractor.

Truly excellent service. Came home to a furnace that had quit in the night. I had never used them before. I called and they sent out someone within 2 hours. Very polite and friendly. Fair repair rates. My wife said we need to call them from now on for our heating and cooling.

Excellent services! Discreet and professional. Danny and his team are always there when I need them. My unit had to be replaced. Danny hooked up some window units until he could get a new unit for my apartment. A place that cares for their clients needs. Highly recommended!

We were interested in the ductless mini split system. We called and Jeremiah came to our house to explain the details and the benefits of the system. He gave us a date the system could be installed and the men were here on that day and on time. We are very satisfied and glad we chose Hager & son.

Thanks to Bill, Cody, Taylor, Jeremy and Aaron for putting in our new air and heating system. All of these guys were very knowledgeable and professional with there work. Clean, respectful and left no mess in our house. Called each time they were coming. Would highly recommend Hager and Son.

Mr. Hager was so wonderful. We were referred to him when we had an issue and he squeezed us in even though he was busy. Super nice and did a great job. I was also so pleasantly surprised by the cost. I expected it to cost much more but the prices are very fair. Will definitely be using them from now on.

We called originally because my husband knew the owner's dad. We were very pleased with the promptness of their response to fix an a/c unit at our rental and then another call for a new unit at a rental. We will definitely continue to use them. Charges are very reasonable.

When I called I was immediately given an appointment. They pleasantly arrived ahead of scheduled time. Aaron did a fantastic job of locating and fixing the problem with our AC! I will definitely call them with any future needs.

Justin was an awesome guy. He came out on the coldest day of the year so far and never ONCE complained! He even smiled and engaged in conversation informing me in great detail of the problem with my furnace. Thanks guys for Justin!
