After arriving, it was evident their rep was not familar with our unit...after inadvertantly getting water in the unit...an inverter board had to be replaced (no cost to us) otherwise the visit was satisfactory..

We spent over $9000.00 for a new heating and air system from Ontime. It has never worked right. The service tech is always friendly but lacking in skills. In the summer you cant use the air because it continues to freeze up you must turn it off often so that the BLOCK OF ICE will melt, they still cant figure out what is causing that. Now I have no heat and the thermostat reads CALL FOR SERVICE . I called and ask to speak with the manager, guess what NO RETURN CALL, as of yet. I wanted to speak with the manager because we are tired of paying for service visits for this $9000.00 LEMON.
Guess what good business starts at the top if management don't care its going to trickle down.
11/14/2022 UPDATING MY RESPONSE.
I finally did receive a call back from the manager same day 5 hours later. He was concerned and was willing to send the techs out that same day. But I requested the next day. They came and was able to discover that we had a bad part that was causing all the problems. They ordered a new part and put a temp on until the new part came in. The new part has been installed and system in working fine so far. Again the techs were very friendly and helpful. So I am changing my rating from two stars to four stars. I also want to thank the manager for all his time and concerns, they all did go above and beyond.

Your representative was exceptionally thorough and pleasant. He explained in detail and did not seem to be hurried. The end cost for either option was way higher than we are willing to pay or need to pay. I bought all the needed material for $80.00 and know I can do the job myself in less than an hour. We appreciate the time spent and the information but think $79.00 is excessive for the information received. Richard Zuspan
