I am always pleased with the service Ontime provides. I have purchased two heating and ac units from them for my houses. Anytime I have called they have responded promptly. On time was the only heating/ac company that would put a furnace in my house when the floor furnace quit working several years ago. Thanks Ontime

We had a service contract with you for the 2021 year. When you came out to do the check up everything was fine but because of parts shortages you didn’t have the filters to replace them and we understood that. We were told that when the filters came in you would be back to exchange them. Move forward to July of 2022 and we still hadn’t heard from you so we called and we’re told that even though we had paid for this service and that the filters had come in, you were to busy to come to our house and exchange them, but we could pick the filters up and do it ourselves. To me that’s Unacceptable and am not sure if we we ever do business with you again. And can no longer suggest your business to any of our acquaintances.

I cannot say enough good things about On Time and the excellent work performed on my water heater installation by Jay. It's been a long time since I've had a contractor or repairman in my home where not only did Jay do an excellent job, Jay was courteous, he covered my floors with drop cloths end to end all the way down the hall, and answered all my questions and explained everything to me. And get this.. he cleaned up after himself! OMG! Please call on time and ask for Jay for any HVAC or Plumbing needs. I called when they opened and he was here by 10:00. When does that ever happen? I am a very pleased customer. Thank you Jay and thank you OnTime!!
