OnTIME Service

2am Sunday morning I had to have OMU come out because i had no working water. I called OnTime Service yesterday afternoon (Tues) and they had someone here this morning (Wed). They were able to get here earlier than expected and called beforehand to make sure it was ok to come at that time. The tech was super nice, fixed the problem and was done and gone in 30 minutes or less! We have running water again!!! Thank you Jay@OnTime for being prompt, patient & polite! I will definitely use this company again!

Jeff was honest and a very knowledgeable technician. He helped me understand the heat pump system I have and also aided in saving me money. I even started a maintenance program with On-Time to keep a eye on my aging system.

Prices were affordable, the technician showed up on time as promised. Also their call staff is always friendly and called several times to verify the AC was working properly.

Jay came and installed my garbage disposal. He was fantastic, very quick. He actually showed me a problem with my new counter top that was installed the day before.

After a lot of research we chose ONTIME. Always professional, friendly, ON TIME, and affordable! I am so glad we used your company to replace both hvac systems at our home. This has been a great decision. Honestly the best customer service around.

It was the 23rd of December- wind chill of -35 - heat pump stops working!
I called for repair - they were super busy, but a young man showed up within 5 hours.
The heat pump needed a part - but he knew we needed heat ASAP. He wired the unit to work - part came in 10 days later! Speedy considering the holidays!
Very happy with this company - will definitely consider when I replace my system!

Pipe breakage during inclement weather. Bathroom ceiling fell due to the amount of leaked water. Contacted On-Time who worked with us to arrange for an expedient repair. Office staff were excellent. Jay, repair plumber, was professional, thorough (explained required repair and attached fees), and completed the project within an hour. Greatly appreciative and will be using the Company in the future.

UPDATE: 5.10.23. Utilized services to have water pipes/lines moved in bathroom to accommodate new vanity. Requested Jay for the service. He was professional, efficient, and completed the job promptly. Am

I called after a bad experience with another company the same day. Within a couple hours Nathan came out and looked at my furnace. He figured the problem out pretty quick, and went over all my options in depth. He explained how and why things worked, and was very knowledgeable and friendly. Even though he didn't have to, he tried to help get my gas logs turned on so I'd have heat for the night. It took quite awhile and never did work, but he definitely did all he could.
I ended up purchasing a whole new HVAC unit, and they're coming tomorrow to install it.
If it hadn't been for Nathan's attitude and kindness, I may have shopped around more.
Good customer service is My top priority and Nathan was absolutely wonderful!
The company I usually use for maintenance and repairs, and had planned on purchasing a new unit from, lost out on a big sale due to bad customer service.

I've had a few plumbing issues come up recently and the plumbers knew what was going on and explained every step. I appreciate the office calls when they are on the way.

OnTime provided prompt and professional service at a reasonable cost. Dakota did a great job checking our my problem. I will use OnTime again.
