Brandon was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Installed overflow which which no one before explain gas has water pan before. Suggesting in humidifier but need to think about it. No issues at present with dryness.😊

Quick response when our system started acting strange. Nice to know folks answer the phone after hours and respond in timely manner.

Brandon was professional and got our AC unit working properly in less than an hour. It took him only a few minutes to diagnose the issue. The price we paid for the service we received was much lower for the quality of service of other places we have used in the past! Will definitely be using them for any other services they provide!

Our service guy ( Nathan) was very helpful and explained all the pros an cons of repairing my old unit versus buying a new system….. he was polite, knowledgeable and personable!

Our furnace stopped working. We called to make a service appointment. Even though it’s a Saturday, our customer service rep, Nathan Walker, came on the same day and called before coming. He explained things well. Unfortunately, we will be replacing our 20+ yr old unit. Nathan helped us with financing & our new unit will be installed in 2 days. He really represented On Time with knowledge of their products and he was friendly.

OnTime was right on time! Both HVAC systems went of service over the 4th weekend, Tuesday they showed up first hung. Nathan was out Tech and he extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I’m so glad that I chose OnTime Service! He repaired one unit with the assistance of an Electrician from Galloway. They will be replacing the other unit when parts come in and not to mention my hot water heater that went out as well over the holiday weekend.

OnTime was able to get out a plumber the day I contacted them. Jay was great; he was knowledgeable and thorough. Once he discovered the leak, he took the time to explain the problem, share an educated guess at the cause, show pictures, and discuss a resolution.
