I called after hours due to no AC and Jeff had a tech at my house at 8 am the next day. My unit was fixed same day as well. Excellent service, great communication and professional. Highly recommend Titan Heating and Air!

We had such a great experience with Titan Heating and Air! They were super professional and quick to give us a quote and follow up. They explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and we were thrilled with the services they provided. Plus, they even installed a Dust Free Air purifier in our return air duct which is really exciting!

I called 8 different places on memorial day. Titan air answered there phone right away. Jeff said he could be at my house at around 11pm at night. He got here early, told me what the problem was, we decided to fix it the next day. Jesse came out, at noon and a hour later I had cool air again. Excellent service. Went above the normal ac company. When a roofer damaged our ac unit Titan came out same day and brought cooling units for us to use and scheduled repair. Wonder costumer service.

Jeff and his guys did an amazing job installing a split system in our home. They were professional, easy to work with, and made sure to keep our home clean as they worked. Any time I called with a question or concern Jeff answered immediately. They are all around a great company to work with and I highly recommend! Not only did they do great work, but the financing and price were extremely easy and affordable. They will always have us as a customer.

Jeff and his team are incredible. Our first time we used them was in June of 2021. We had a 2 week old baby and our A/C went out in the middle of the night. Our homes temp had reached 82 degrees by 2am. We were in desperate need of a fix. I messaged Titan on their website and Jeff (the owner) reached out to me by 5am. He was at our door at 7am. He found the problem and fixed it within hours. The following Christmas morning our heat went out. I messaged them hoping we would have someone come out the next day. Jeff showed up an hour later on CHRISTMAS DAY to fix the problem. We will NEVER use any one else. We have joined their maintenance program and they have always been on time, complete the work, and take complete care of us. Best heating and air company in Lexington/Georgetown area by a landside. Sometimes it is hard to find someone you TRUST, you do not have to worry about that with Titan. Trust is what I think of when I think of Titan. Now my company uses them for our work as well. Do yourself a favor and call Titan Heating and Air for all of your A/C needs!

Jeff was quick to return my call & make the appointment for the next morning. Jesse was on time, courteous & thorough. I recommend them based on my good experience.

Titan Heating and Air installed a new furnace/AC system for me and I would gladly recommend them. Their level of professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction is a model to the industry. I haven’t had to go through the process of purchasing a new HVAC system before, so I had numerous questions including topics ranging from warranty coverage to refrigerant line pressure testing. They were extremely helpful and provided me with answers to all of my queries. After installation, there were a few small hiccups with the new system’s hardware, but company’s owner, Jeff, personally addressed them in a prompt manner and the furnace has been running like a champ.

Note: This review was originally written last year (shortly after installation), but forgot to post it. Our one-year maintenance is coming up soon and my recommendation still holds!

Outstanding experience with Titan Heating & Air. I recently joined their Maintenance Club, and just had my first twice-yearly maintenance visit. Logen provided the service and was incredible. Professional, punctual, friendly, and polite. We waited longer than we should have for this visit, so Logen had his hands full, but he took his time and did a fantastic & very thorough job, and our unit's cooling considerably better than it was before we joined Titan. Highly recommended HVAC service--they're everything you could ask for.
