Our heat crashed the day before Christmas Eve and they responded quickly as it was -7 degrees that morning. After doing a temporary repair to get some heat going it was determined we needed a new system installed. They were very informative as we evaluated options and then were able to schedule our installation very quickly.

I live in a rural area and the blower went out on my HVAC. I called 10 companies, and Gibson was the only one that called me back. It ended up that we had to have a new system. Their technicians were on time, professional, and very responsive. They got my unit installed quickly and cleaned up after the job. I will recommend this company to everyone I know in the area for any heating and cooling needs they have. My experience with Gibson was excellent, and I appreciate their time and expertise more than they can know!

Great folks to work with. Jared came last fall to service my furnace, and recently to service my AC. Unfortunately, he found out that one of my units needed replacement. He walked me through my options for replacement and financing, and worked with me to file a claim with my home warranty company. Unfortunate situation,but I felt like I was in good hands

Called for an appointment to check out heating system and informed them I had a $79 coupon. Technicians came out, inspected system and said it was working fine. Gave information on coupon, and lo and behold, Gibson charged me $79 for the service

Give them a call! I called them today for their free second opinion services. SO GLAD I DID. I was told by another company that I either needed a new control board or a new AC unit. Cost was quoted at $900 or $5400. I had Gibson Heating and Cooling out who found the issue in about 10 minutes. Turns out it I had a wire that came out and a bad capacitor. Total cost was under $180! Not only did they come out after hours but the thoroughly checked out my system from top to bottom, After the technician checked my problem one of the owners stopped by to review and make sure I was satisfied. And I like the Family Tradition as they have not only the two Brothers as owners but the Mother who works in the office. She was very sweet with a call back to make sure all was well.
