We Had to replace our outside and inside units. Jeff and his guys were awesome. They came the day I called about our problem and we’re able to diagnosis quickly. On the day of the job, everyone arrived on time and began their work immediately. They were very professional the whole day they worked at our house. They explained what I needed to know about my new system, kept their work spaces and my house clean, and made sure I had no questions about anything before they left. I would highly recommend you giving them a call for any type of HVAC service you might need. We were 110% satisfied.

Titan Heating & Air was wonderful and I will definitely be using them again. They answered a service call to check my broken AC and provided same day service.
This was during the middle of the summer when it was very hot and they were super busy. I had called approximately 6-7 other places in town that couldn’t help me for at least 4-5 days due to their workload. Titan worked me into their schedule and came at 7pm, which showed me how much they value their customers to still be working at that time of the evening (and I wasn’t even the last customer of the day). The team was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this business.

The blower motor went out on the HVAC at our new house. I called several HVAC companies being told it would take a week or more for all of them to get to me. I found Titan and they fit me in after a job, identified the issue extremely fast and ordered the parts.

The day the new blower motor came in Jesse came out and installed the motor and got the cold air moving again. Couldn’t be happier!!!

The heating/cooling balance in our house has been off since we built it several years ago. Our unit had come to the end of its life so I decided it was time to replace it. I called several residential HVAC contractors and told them about the issue with getting consistent heating/cooling throughout our house. Jeff with Titan Heating and Air was the only one that offered to do a detailed heat load study to try and get to the bottom of the problem. The result of the study was to install some new air outlets and replace/upgrade some of the ductwork. The solution worked and we now have very consistent heating/cooling throughout our house. On top of solving our problem, Jeff and Wes were great to work with. They were very considerate during the installation and actually left our basement space cleaner than it was before they came. I wouldn't hesitate to use Titan in the future and I would highly recommend them for your heating and air needs.

Once again Titan has been a pleasure to work with. They responded within an hour and were able to quickly diagnose and triage our HVAC issue. Chris came back out the following day, checked the entire system over to ensure everything worked as intended. Can’t speak highly enough about this team and appreciate all you do. Thanks guys!

I cannot say enough positive things about Jeff the owner, his employees, and this organization. I have a historic home with heat pumps for different floors. The upstairs reversing valve and then compressor were shot on the old unit. Spending money stinks and Jeff came up with cost effective alternatives to full replacement. In the end we decided to have them install a new system and his pricing was very competitive. What sealed the deal was the quality work, professionalism, and friendliness everyone involved exhibited. I'll be a lifelong customer after this experience and am very impressed by them.
