This was the fist experience:
I had heard they were good but……when I got on line to request a service call and heard from them in under 2 minutes, I was impressed. THEN the appointment to come look at our system wasn’t one or two weeks out, IT WAS THE NEXT DAY!!!!
I received texts of who was gong to arrive and when (on time I might mention). Jessie was professional, personable and respectful. He really worked hard to identify the problem and will be back out next week to finish up. In the mean time we are cool and system is working. I HIGHLY recommend Titan Heating and Air.

Winter system checkup: TITAN IS THE BEST. Great service, answered all my questions, we are 100% comfortable that heat & air are in great shape!!!! I highly recommend you call Titan for HVAC needs. Jessie is awesome.

Jesse was friendly, courteous and professional. Communicated arrival time. Once done Jesse explained everything he had done. Would highly recommend.

Jeff and his team were very knowledgeable, responsive, kept their work areas clean and were able to complete the work quicker than expected.

Jeff was at my house within 10 minutes, provided a quote that was substantially less than the others I had contacted and back the same day to install. When the system was not cooling to the set temp Jeff returned at 9:30pm to make a few adjustments. Working perfectly. Highly recommend.

Titan was extremely responsive and helpful. They answered my call on a Sunday and we able to work me in the next day. They also offered a same day appointment. They gave me multiple options for repair vs. replacement and were happy to answer questions. I was able to reach them by text and call throughout the process and always received a quick response. The installation team was punctual, respectful, and professional. They were expedient about the install process and had my whole indoor unit removed, replaced, and running in less than 4 hours. I will be using them for all future needs and would absolutely recommend them!

Update: I used them for the second time today and had another wonderful experience. Quick to come out, found the problems, and offered multiple solutions. Grateful to know we have great service in the area.

Update 2: had another great experience. Jeff took a late call and trouble shot the problem with me over the phone. We found the issue but it wasn’t something I could permanently fix myself. He had a tech out to me the next morning. He was professional, found the problem, and did a thorough repair fairly priced.
FYI, None of the updates are regarding the same problem or need for repeat repairs, they’re all different issues on different units because I have bad luck.

Jesse came out and checked why our furnace wasn’t working.

Went through everything and checked it all out, found it was a bad thermostat and got me fixed up quickly!

Came out, repaired my HVAC system within an hour and job was done. Really recommend!!

Tonight we came home to our HVAC not working! Apparently we had a plugged condensate line. Jeff was here in less that two hours and fixed us right up. Tonight we are going to bed with A/C because of Titan Heating and Air. We 100% recommend them to anyone and everyone we know! Customer service is top notch!

Not only did they go above and beyond in quality repairs, but we never had to guess when they were coming because we got text reminders the day before and another text with estimated arrival time within an hour of their arrival. (For OTHER companies we've taken a day off work only to have them show up 3 hours later than originally planned.). They made sure not to track any dirt in the house (covered shoes with fresh booties each time they came in). The visit for the estimate was free, and the end cost was exactly what they estimated (no hidden fees). We highly recommend Titan Heating and Air!

Wonderful company and service ! I called Titan on a Saturday which i honestly didn't expect anyone to answer but they came right out the very next morning for my service call.
They went over their findings and we discussed options. They were able to schedule my new unit installation for the next day!! Very prompt, on time and communication was the best throughout the entire service. I would definitely recommend!
