They are very prompt and always willing to help out. We have an older home that had not had ac in it for a while. Many issues were pre existing. They came in and worked on it until it was perfect. Very nice employees that know what they are doing.

Titan repaired and serviced our AC. We had not used them before. They took time to diagnose and correct two related issues - replacement of a pump and low coolant, rather than making a quick fix. They came out the same day, were prompt and explained carefully what they were doing. Highly professional service, reasonable pricing, very courteous and considerate. We will call on them from now on.

Sent an e-mail out on Sunday about needing my HVAC system looked at due to it struggling with the cold. They e-mailed me back within the hour to set an appointment for the next day. Arrived early, called to notify me he could be early or move to the next call and come back. Explained the issue to me and helped me understand it.

Won't use anyone else now.

I placed a negative review in regards to pricing on parts. I heard from the owner, Jeff, promptly and despite my rebuttal, he refunded my invoice in full. Class act, although I still feel obligated to pay for the service call, labor and parts. No need for a full refund but Jeff made it more than right. Much respect and wholeheartedly would recommend Titan.

Called on a Friday around 4:30pm and they sent someone to check out the system around 5. Got system going to give us heat thru the weekend and came back the following week to replace parts that needed to be ordered. Back to 100% operational!

Jeff and the folks at Titan are very friendly and professional. They explained everything that needed to be done and got it done in a timely manner. Would recommend 100% and will definitely use again.

Our technician came on schedule. His research of our system found that it was not properly set up at installation by the company we purchased the unit from. He also made some checks on our 2nd floor system and found that it was not setup properly for the type of fuel at original installation. Corrected the issue in minutes. Very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. I am very pleased with their work. I will use this company again and recommend them to anyone needing service on their HVAC.

I’m not a regular customer. I saw reviews about them on Facebook and decided to give them a try. When I called on Wednesday Jeff was responsive he came that same day and got me scheduled for Friday. When the Titan team came to my house they were so nice! They didn’t make me feel like I was a burden to them. They smiled when they talked to me. They made me feel like I made the right decision on choosing their company. They didn’t leave a mess for me to clean they were very professional! They now have a customer for life!!!!
