Top Notch! I never write reviews but this company did everything right. Came same day I called after coming home from vacation with a 88 degree house and got my AC back up and running in shorter amount of time then expected even with having to order a part. Arrived on time and kept me informed through texts and emails about my service. Would use again and again, thank you!

Jeff and his professional staff at Titan were amazing to work with. Ive had 3 other local hvac companies to my home in the past year, none of them would I recommend and none come close to the level of courtesy, detail and professionalism of Titan. Jeff spent an hour walking me through my home looking at current systems and offering ideas. Their customer service was exceptional, their prices were better than all of the others, they were honest and fair and they were trustworthy and respectful. The most extremely important, being a woman who has no idea about hvac things, was that they took the extra time to explain things to me and were patient and kind. Way to go Titan!

The outside unit of our AC fan was stopped in the mid summer probably the hottest day of the year. I choosed Titan randomly,Jeff came so quickly and fix the problem. He is so friendly, great humanity and knowledgeable person. Price also reasonable. I highly recommend him, and yes thank you so much Jeff for your business.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I called with a problem and they were there MUCH sooner than I expected. Jeff was very professional, keeping me informed all along the way. I would not hesitate to recommend Jeff and Titan!

My unit is warrantied under Gibson heating and cooling and I called multiple times wed, Thursday and Friday with responses after hours, how convenient. With 4 children and a husky and beagle in the home and the house at 90° we couldn't play the back and forth game. I called Titans and they answered instantly and was at my home in no time. He told me our thermostat had went out and that it should be under warranty. Gibson called back shortly after the owner of Titan's left and said we'd be charged $189 emergency fee when we've called for 3 days during business hours that's unacceptable. Our system and thermostat was replaced last summer it shouldn't already be out. I'm highly upset with the customer service and lack of response. It's obviously more convenient to wait until you can charge an emergency fee and return a call on the weekend. This put a bad taste in my mouth and after this is all said and done TITANS HAS PROBABLY GAINED OUR SERVICE FOR LIFE. We are grateful for them coming out and being as courteous and professional as they were!

Phenomenal service. 0 degrees out and my heat went out and they quickly got it repaired gave great insight into the issue and great conversation.

We had an issue with our heat pump. Jeff came out and checked our unit. He diagnosed a small leak and had us up and going in no time. He also checked the unit out just make sure there were no other problems. Jeff was very professional and knowledgeable. We will definitely use and recommend Titan in the future.

I contacted Jeff Monday night at 10 pm and he was here the next morning. I was having concern with my air conditioner and wanted to put my mind at ease. He checked the coils, fixed duct work that was not attached, checked my filter and made sure everything was in working order. He was punctual, courteous and thorough I would not hesitate to contact Titan heating and air again. Great customer service. Thank you !!!!!
