Very nice and professional. Called to schedule new unit installation and told them my second unit had quit the night before. He came out and repaired the second unit right then. Came out the next day and replaced the broken unit. So far, so good!

These guys killed it! Our hotel lobby ac has had issues on and off for years, they showed up everyday on time if not earlier, and were very patient and kind. Logen was super generous and took the time to explain what needed to be done and how to keep the issues from returning. Highly recommend!

Jesse showed up right on time, found my refrigerant leak and quickly had it fixed and recharged. In and out in less than 30 minutes. Fantastic service and super friendly

Our heating went out at 8 pm a few hours before an ice/snow storm was coming in. Titan responded immediately to our call and was here fixing our furnace within the hour. Jesse was courteous and went the extra mile to make sure everything was running smoothly before he left. I highly recommend their service, especially knowing how quickly and professionally they respond to an emergency call.

I have used Titan a couple times and I will definitely use them again. They have been more than fair, prompt, honest, and very responsive. I have had some very unpleasant experiences with some hvac companies but not with Titan. A very professional company with knowledgeable technicians.

Company was very quick to respond. They came to service our air conditioning yesterday about noon and found it was in need of replacement. By noon today a new system was in place and running. Technicians were very professional and left us with a good installation.

Titan Heating and Air are one of the best around! Always prompt service, honest and not trying to upswell what you don’t need. They do great work on my RV mini split as well as my home systems.

I was half expecting an appointment cancellation due to inclement weather, but Jeff from Titan Heating and Air arrived on time, was professional, and friendly. He was able to quickly diagnose and resolve the issue with my HVAC unit. I would recommend and use Titan again for future business.
