Jeff was referred to me by a friend. I called the same day and left a voice mail. My call was returned in 3 minutes and scheduled my appointment for early the next day, i didnt have an emergency so i was totally satisfied with next day service. I was unable to be home for the appointment but Jeff said that the work was on the exterior so no need to be home. Turns out i have a system that is prone to go into a safe mode (loss of power to the outside unit) which means no compressor function on the heat pump and that there isn't a fix other than replacement. Fortunately, his recommendation to check the breakers in the house prompted me to turn them off then back on and voila the unit works again. Fingers crossed that i dont have to replace it too soon. All to say that Jeff was very helpful, informative and reasonably priced not to mention fast. I will be calling again when needed in the future! Thank you!

Very professional in diagnosing issues. Identified a problem I wasn’t aware that would have cost more money if it wasn’t dealt with in a timely manner, which they did. In this day and time it is difficult to find competent, professional, hardworking people and everyone I dealt with at Titan was the epitome of all three.

With the major winter storm that recently came through, so many people lost heat. Unfortunately, we were in that mix. I know Titan has been extremely busy trying to make sure everyone stays warm and I am grateful that they were able to come repair our system in a timely manner. The gentleman that repaired our system was very kind. Thank you so much!

Jesse was very professional diagnosing my heat pump leak. He also went out of his way to find out if my unit was still under warranty. I highly recommend titan heating and air!

Notified when they were on the way. Were very professional. Answered all questions. Replaced the duct work. Very good to deal with. Would recommend them.

After being very unsatisfied with our original installer’s response and performance for routine maintenance for our three-year old HVAC system, and getting no response from two other local HVAC companies that I attempted to contact, my call to Titan was immediately answered and we scheduled a service visit for the following morning. Jesse arrived promptly as scheduled and spent considerable time performing routine tune-up maintenance and correcting many settings on our system, which immediately resulted in a more comfortable home. Jesse returned to our home following the weekend to ensure that nothing else needed to be tweaked. After having been previously very unsatisfied with the original installer’s maintenance, our experience with Titan has been a wonderful experience. They have definitely earned a new customer with us.
