Jeff Burnett has been so amazing at responding to emails quickly and getting me scheduled and Jesse Graham is an absolute ALL STAR in getting to the bottom of the problem with my system! An amazing company to work with.

Returned from vacation to an 85 degree house. Called Titan and 3 other competitors. The 3 competitors could not come out the same day. Jeff was at my house within a few hours. He found the problem and had a replacement part on hand. He and a fellow worker had me back up and running in no time! Very appreciative of their service and level of professionalism. I highly recommend Titan for your HVAC needs!!

I highly recommend Titan Heating and Air! My air conditioner quit working Thursday night and getting ready to head into a hot weekend. I called them on Friday and they were there within a few hours the same day! They were very honest about the issues with my equipment and had me fixed in about 30 minutes. It’s now cooling better than ever. Also very fairly priced!

I called Titan and they had a technician at my house within an hour. He was friendly and professional, explained the issue to me and fixed it promptly for a reasonable price. Five stars.

Service tech showed up quickly just over an hour after I called. It was a pretty unlikely problem that I’d have never figured out on my own, but he was able to sniff it out and get the repair done in about 1.5 hours. Very friendly, very timely and professional.

We have a home warranty company that requires specific information in order to move forward with the approval process. Prior to Titan Heating and Air we had several contractors show up for AC diagnosis. Jeff was the only one that provided the information our warranty company needed in order to get repairs approved.
Once approved Jeff ordered the items and installed complete new system in one day.
I'm very pleased with my new system and with Titan Heating and Air.

They are BY FAR the best in business. Who wants to work on a Sunday afternoon. Well, Jeff with Titian does. Having issues with some A/C in the house and when I texted, I wasn’t expecting a response until a week day.
With in 30 mins of texting, and him walking me through what needed to be done, I have cold AC again. Will not call or text anyone else. Titian is the way to go….
