After the installation, they cleaned up everything then explained everything that had been done, how everything works and answered all our questions. I found Polestar on Angi's list. They contacted me quickly and a supervisor was at our house within 15 minutes with a free estimate. AND within 2 hours, Polestar was able to replace our hot water heater. When they arrived, two of the workers found that our floor drain was clogged. Within 10 minutes, 3 additional workers came with the equipment needed to unclog our drain. And in 30 minutes, the new hot water heater was installed! This is a family-owned 3rd generation professional company that gave us top quality service, reasonably priced hot water heater, and helped make sure we didn't have any other issues. I originally contacted Anthony plumbing. They were way overpriced and were going to charge us $278 for lighting our pilot light. I highly recommend Polestar Plumbing. We will be using them for all our plumbing, heating and air condition needs!
