Ian was very nice and told me how to manage the problem. He tried to fix it but the wiring was in the wall.
I also loved that he tightened the screws on my mailbox. A simple fix but really appreciated.

Our technician was very professional and thorough. He wore shoe covers without being asked which is important to us to maintain our carpet. He was very courteous and detailed. He shared all of the items he checked and told us when to check our filter again. He also asked how the system was working for us and gave us tips on setting the temperature due to our zones.
