Polestar was very responsive for my request for quote through Costco Services. Kayla was onsite assessing my needs within 24 hours of the request and I had a quote for multiple full HVAC systems in hand while she was onsite. I requested a few adjustments and she was able to accommodate immediately. The system was scheduled for install within 3 days of my acceptance of the quote. Sam, the install tech, was very communicative and worked diligently to complete the job in a timely fashion and cleaned up after they were done. All the old equipment was removed and hauled away. I wanted to make some changes to my payment and Haylee in the office was very accommodating.

My wife and I discovered Polestar a few years ago when our A/C unit died in the middle of summer. After making a few calls, Polestar came out and installed a new A/C unit and furnace (both were old) for the price other plumbers were quoting for just an A/C unit. Since then, they have been the go-to company for us. All of the staff we have met have been friendly, professional, easy to understand, and easy to talk to.
These guys seem a bit underrated and undiscovered, but I’m happy having discovered them.
