We contacted Polestar through Costco after our old A/C unit stopped working. Kayla was the representative who came to give us an estimate for a replacement for both the A/C unit and a new heater. She listened to our concerns and helped us get the A/C and heater units to fit our needs. We were extremely pleased with our representative, Kayla, the installation crew and Polestar. We were also pleased that Kayla went above and beyond to get us the best products and the best pricing. Installation was done and completed with less than 48 hours.

We bought a new unit last year the installers were professional and worked quickly. The unit works very well. We had the spring check up today. Again professional and speedy work. Communication from the office to service personnel is always timely and useful.

I highly recommend Polestar Plumbing & HVAC. They installed two systems for us in two years ago and have been servicing them. Their staff is responsive and techs are efficient & friendly. Brandon was here this week and was very thorough & professional. Thank you!

Very professional from the initial sales Representatve contact thru the entire installation process. I can only give them my highest praise. The entire process was simply stress free, fact based and I couldn't be happier with the result. The fact that they are a Costco supplier made it even easier.

Had heat go out in winter, and had polestar at our house in 2 days to install new furnace and air conditioning system. Very quick turnaround, all of the technicians were great. Ian was very helpful with the initial diagnosis, and James came by after the install to adjust the settings and verify that everything was working correctly. I did not catch the names of the technicians who installed the units, but they were also great. Overall, I am very impressed. We were quoted long turnaround times from other companies for this job, but Polestar came out within a few days to totally overhaul things. We are very pleased.

We’ve have had two great experiences using Polestar for plumbing related to gas leaks. They have been quick, thorough, helpful, kind and reliable. Very pleased with their professionalism and knowledge.

This is a great company. The customer service provided prompt responses via calls and text messages. So far I've worked with two of the reps, Ian and Brandon, and they were both top notch. They went above and beyond and provided quality service.

On one occasion Ian did a simple fix on something a previous repairman told me would be a big repair job that would cost over $500. I appreciate Ian's integrity.

We had our HVAC and water heater replaced. Both of the installation teams were great and very timely. Our final inspection did get rescheduled a few times, but we understand their busy season was just starting with the weather. Just finished with the final walkthrough and things are running great.

Jalen was fabulous. He was thorough and explained everything he was doing. He showed how to remove the panels to properly wash out the AC fans outside. I wasn’t aware that you could do it that way I highly recommend Polestar, and in particular Jaylin as he was professional in every way.
