I spent a lot of cold days without a furnace because I didn't call Polestar first. They worked with us to get Lennox to stand behind their warranty. Other companies I contacted simply wanted to sell me a new unit and installation, which made me feel cheated out of my warranty. Polestar agents made me feel like they put my concerns and well-being first. They even offered to bring over space heaters as this happened over the Christmas-New Year holiday when it was so cold.
From now on, they will be my first call, and my goto regular maintenance!

Brett and Kayla were very professional and knowledgeable in the initial bidding process, and we greatly appreciated a "no-pressure" approach. The installation team, Mark and Alex, were prompt, courteous and professional and took the time to educate us on the new system and answer any questions we had. They were very easy to contact and work with and made what is typically a stressful process somewhat easier.
