Ross was great. He came to look over our system since replacing it this summer. He is always fantastic at explaining everything thoroughly and in terms I can understand. He’s always very thorough in completing his job and making sure everything is running correctly.

I had my routine maintenance on my system. James was great in communicating when he would arrive, was very professional and answered all of my questions. He even out up with my needy but cute dog. I have been very happy with the service provided by Polestar and would recommend to anyone.

Brandon was very professional. He kept me informed if what he was doing. Very clean and quick.

I was home for the follow up appointment with Ian, though my husband said his initial installation appointment was great as well. Ian was prompt, seemed happy to walk me through what he was doing because I was keen to learn, and was kind to my cats. (Always a plus!) He also talked me through a few future possibilities and reminded me of things included in our package to make sure we schedule later on. I absolutely raved about his great he was when my husband got home. Good attitude and really glad we went with this company!

A level of professionalism that exceeded my expectations, by a lot. First time needing a plumber in this house, so I was just calling around for quotes. Their phone rep. was courteous, quick, knowledgeable, and accurate; much more so than all the others. So I went with them and am very glad I did. The communication leading up to the appointment was just as good as the first rep’s and made it easy to know exactly who was coming to the house and when they were going to get here. Right from arrival, they extremely professional, without having to be asked (to wear shoe covers, etc.) They did everything very well, quickly but not lacking in attention to detail.

I had a wonderful experience with this company I had same-day response they were able to install my toilet. They were the most reasonably priced, respectful of my property, and professional. My installer went above and beyond when he saw that there was an extra issue with my plumbing , he just went ahead and took care of it. Wonderful service highly recommend this company
