Installation number 1 had mistakes. 1/2” gap where the ducking is fastened to unit. Didn’t install new drain pan. When they took old unit out they placed it on my brick walkway and grass. Lubricant or some fluid leaked out staining brick and killed grass about a 1’x2’ area. My backyard is no prize but they Should have put a tarp down. People make mistakes though.

They did send a new crew out to fix the installation. After talking to them they did agree to completely uninstall the unit put a new drain pan in. They reinstalled the unit and fixed previous mistakes. They used a sealant around the ductwork to ensure no leaks

Less than a year later condensation pump quit. They fixed it at no cost.

Less than a week later the pump quit again. They agreed to replace pump and run a new condensation line at no cost.

The techs are well mannered and professional. Customer service is good and responds quick. They did fix the mistakes.

I am frustrated though. You spend $10000 you want it done right the first time. Once again they did fix everything. I don’t blame them for the condensation pumps. They’re fixing at no cost. But two going bad in under a year is still frustrating.

Had a heavy of a time with our rental maintenance in getting out AC thermostat fixed and thankfully Polestar was able to fix anything under $300 without a work order. Thank you guys! So helpful in this warm weather.

Polestar has been amazing ! Kayla and Tonya were very professional and and extremely knowledgable about the HVAC systems that Polestar offers. After receiving estimates from three companies we chose Polestar. Mark & Sam that installed a 96% efficient furnace, variable speed 18 SEER A/C, humidifier and new digital smart thermostat. Both technicians were very professional and thorough in the installation of our system. They both made sure to explain in detail any questions we had about the new equipment. They worked non-stop from 8:30 AM until 4:30 PM to complete our job in one day!!! Polestar sent out another technician two weeks after installation to check over the entire system and make sure we were 100% satisfied. James was just as professional and courteous as every other member of the Polestar team! My wife and I feel we definitely made a great decision in selecting Polestar for our HVAC system !!!!! We HIGHLY recommend Polestar for your HVAC or Plumbing needs !!!!!!!

They no-showed twice. When they did show up they didn’t said they could do the work because all the materials were not at the house…but they were.
AND, how am I supposed to trust a plumber to do all my basement plumbing when he tells me he doesn’t know how to put in a sump pump?
Sorry, but no way. Fired them and hired another company.

This company operates very efficiently! Making an appointment was so easy (shout out to customer service team!). Getting the quote to repair or get new HVAC was quick with detailed estimate (shout out to Kayla!). Their technicians, Joe and Josh, were very knowledgeable and professional!

I got a plumbing problem that caused by another plumbing company. Joe and Josh figured out the cause and fix it! They spent more than two hours to just find the root of the problem before they repaired it and still honor the original estimate quote! Most of the other plumbing companies out there just want to charge you more but not with this crew!

I highly recommend this company for your future purchase of HVAC or repair!

Excellent and thorough service! Our technician even fixed a vent cover without being asked! We have been using Polstar for 3 years now and find their pricing very fair and their service exemplary.

I requested for a technician to come out to look over my HVAC system as I thought there could be an issue. They sent Larry over to look over my system. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Not only did he answer all of the questions that I had, which helped me feel less anxious, he also gave me a lot of detailed information. 2023 Update — The service from Polestar continues to be a white glove experience! We had routine maintenance on our unit today and our service tech, Jalen, was outstanding. He was professional, friendly, and thorough during the checkup. He took the time to explain the damper settings and and made sure the outdoor unit was free of cottonwood for optimal performance. We definitely made the right choice when we went with Polestar.

2022 - I cannot say enough positive things about our Polestar experience. Their team moved quickly on one of the hottest days of the year to install our new HVAC unit. From start to finish they have been professional, thorough, accessible for our questions, and expert communicators. They have a customer for life with our family. I highly recommend their services.
