Wyckoff Heating and Cooling

Wyckoff's came to my home today on a no heat situation. Their technician was very professional and was able to figure out my issue. They fixed a gas valve that was faulty . In addition they did a complete service on the furnace. It looks brand new. Outstanding job!!

I was trying to get my gas fireplace serviced and I was recommended to call Wyckoff Heating and Cooling. My appointment was set on November 2 for first call today, November 19 between 8-8:30 by Vern in scheduling. By 8:30, no one called. I called and was told that my appointment was this afternoon. This was an impossible time as I was picking Thanksgiving company up at the airport later this morning. I would not recommend using Wyckoff Heating and Cooling as they are not reliable.

Have used Wyckoff Heating and Cooling for many years. Always do a good job. The technicians are knowledgeable and friendly and answer any questions we may have. Highly recommend them.

We have always used Wyckoff for our heating and cooling maintenance. The technicians have always been professional. They arrive within the agreed upon time and complete their job. I would not hesitate to recommend this business to others.

We have used them for more than 25 years. They always provide outstanding service and care when we work with them.

They were there at the time promised. They put shoe covers on without me having to ask and were efficient. Only reason for not having 5 stars is that they raised the annual contract fee.

I wake up yesterday and the furnace is making a weird noise coming on and off...not good. I’m thinking new furnace or new heat exchange new electronic part hundreds of dollars. I call Wyckoffs heating and cooling. They said they would be out sometime that day. So they show up and within an hour they had it fixed. Not sure what all they did to it but its fixed and for a really good price. 
I highly recommend Wycoffs.

Going into winter we were concerned about our 20 year old Furnace. We had Wyckoff install a new furnace and air-conditioner. They were very promt, professional, and had us up and going before cold weather came.

Wyckoff has treated me right for a long time and recently helped me out in a hurry when my Furnace bit the dust! Fair prices and excellent product and service! I couldn’t recommend them any higher! They will treat you right!
