Wyckoff Heating and Cooling

Wyckoff updated both my heating and cooling systems when I bought my house. I have been assigned the same service associate every time I call. Todd knows my system, knows my house and knows the unique needs my wooded lot presents for keeping my home comfortable. I wouldn’t call anyone else.

Very good service. My furnace is in the crawl space and the tech is always pleasant and does not complain about going in there.

Not sure who the guy was on call this week but my A/C unit outside wasn’t turning on. The guy came over and hit a reset button behind the panel. Unit came back on immediately as it was high pressure locked out, but then he said something else wasn’t right. Found the simple issue dealing with the smart thermostat on the wall inside. I was very impressed with his knowledge and how quickly he was able to do it.

We had the igniter go out on our furnace. Called and within a couple of hours had a technician out and was back in operation. Adam is very professional, fast, & knowledgeable! Service with the company has always been good. Like their service agreement. Company very dependable.

Have used this company whenever I have needed A/C or and Heating repairs or replacements, their salesmen were here in the middle of a very bad winter deep freeze and found a cracked heat exchanger and shut my old system down and gave me several electric heaters to get through the night and was here the first thing the next morning and installed a new furnace by noon came back early spring and installed matching central A/C when weather allowed it GREAT SERVICE ABOVE AND BEYOND

new home installation of HVAC has worked flawlessly. addition of uv light and electrostatic unit during covid was done very professionally. A later issue with the uv light was resolved quickly with no additional charge.

We have used Wyckoff Heating and Cooling for over 35 years. We always have had great, prompt service when needed. We also used them to replace our HVAC system and their sales people were very informative and thorough in helping us choose a new system. And their prices were very competitive.

Wyckoff has always been great for us going back to 2001. Other competitors have tried to upsell or tell us our equipment needed replacing. Wyckoff has done terrific annual maintenance on our AC and furnace.

When we finally decided to buy a new furnace and AC (after 21 years of trouble-free use), Wyckoff sales gave us several bids to think about, did a nice job explaining the difference between equipment and brands. We did not solicit other bids because we just want to work with Wyckoff, they are that good where it does not make sense to call anyone else. We maybe could have saved some money on no-name equipment but well known, local heating and cooling contractors flat out lied to us about our equipment and we decided let's just deal with Wyckoff and not worry about getting scammed by others.

The furnace and AC were installed in a day and the installers knew what they were doing. Of course it's brand new so everything is great but I don't anticipate any problems. We'll use Wyckoff for our annual tune-ups and we anticipate good service life and reliability and support from Wyckoff. They have been honest and reliable and y'all don't need to go anywhere else!

My AC died twice over the span of a month. Wyckoff's technicians were very prompt and easy to work with. The fix came down to a simple repair, and the diagnostic/parts were a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Kenny was great! He was friendly and knowledgeable! I called him with a follow up question and he was happy to help. Outstanding service. I would recommend their services and will be using them for all future heating/cooling needs.
