Andrew just came by and checked my heater and humidifier. He was on time, friendly, professional and even answered a question that had nothing to do with my HVAC system. Wyckoff's service was outstanding. They came out on a Saturday morning after our furnace had stopped working. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable. The work was completed in a timely manner and the cost came in less then the estimate. Thanks for the service on a frosty Saturday morning.

Had Wyckoff's come out and perform a seasonal furance check. The tech arrived on time. He performed the check and cleaned the burner. They will be back next sring to check the AC. Great company to do business with.

Great and honest service. As long as they keep it honest, they have my business.
They sent a tech to check my house to see why my ac unit was not cooling. He found a leak in the evaporator and quoted me a price for the repair (replacing the evaporator coil). We accepted. He did his work and went his way. AC unit has been working fine since then. And that was back in 2011!

Use them for twice yearly maintenance and have used for furnace issue in the past. Prices are reasonable, workers are always polite, quick, explain in detail what is needed, and will ask permission before performing work. Appointment times have never been missed and have never left me wondering where they are. Would recommend for both maintenance and if any emergencies

Trust me, these guys have the very best customer service ever! We pay for the annual service program and is well worth it (especially when your furnace goes out on the coldest days. The entire Wyckoff team have been checking on us and double checking on us. A special shout out to Mike who double checked on us tonight. Had new HVAC system installed in 2018, did a neat very professional job all in one day. My seasonal system checks were done on time and usually complete within 1 hour. Oh yeah, the price on new system was very competitively priced too.

Our air conditioning went out on a Friday, thankfully not a hot weekend. We called & they sent a technician out within a few hours. Adam was pleasant, fast and & had our air working shortly after he arrived. We will call Wyckoff's next time!

I can’t remember his name, but the individual who worked on my furnace was awesome. Very professional, great conversation, and had the passion to tell me about HVAC; as well as things I can do to be a more intelligent homeowner. Even when my home warranty is up, I will plan to use this company!
