Wyckoff Heating and Cooling

Wyckoff saved us recently when we had out of town guests and our air conditioner kept turning off during 97-99 degree temps. The Wyckoff tech thoroughly checked out the furnace and air conditioner and didn’t find a problem. He then went above and beyond and checked out the Mid American Energy Summer Saver box mounted near the air conditioning unit outside and discovered the wires to the box was shorting out our furnace/air conditioner. I can’t say enough about the value, professionalism, punctuality, responsiveness and courtesy of Wyckoff and their techs Kevin and Todd!

I have used Wyckoff Heating and Cooling since 1979.
I will never use anyone else. They are so friendly on the phone and the people they send out are always friendly, professional and the quality of work is on the highest level. If they find something that needs to be replaced they show me and explain it to me where I can understand. When it comes to trust along with everything else they are worth every star they get and if I could I would give the a lot more than 5 stars.
Like I have mentioned I have started using them
1979-2021 and that is proof right there that I feel they are the best.

We had a noise coming from our heater and hadn’t had our heater serviced since we moved in a couple years ago... a friend of ours works for this company so we thought we’d support the business. When I looked up the company background and reviews, we decided to go through with it. I thought it was great that they offered an annual (heater & AC maintenance w/ a couple of other service perks!) option because I’m a set a notification and forget it kinda gal. The person who came for the service was very respectful and pleasant. We are happy and confident with the results.... and we haven’t heard the noise since.

They installed a new furnace and AC system at our home! They came when they said they would. They did great work and finished in a timely manner!!
We called them again when one of our rentals needed a new furnace and AC system and again Rush Wykcoff responded immediately!! We are very pleased with the service and we will alway recommend them to everyone!! They do what they say!

We had a need to use Wyckoff again this fall. They installed 2 Air conditioners, 2 furnaces and 2 hot water heaters in a rental duplex of ours. They were very considerate of the tenants. Worked as quickly as they could. Both tenants very pleased. When one tenant had a minor issue with turning on the furnace the first time, Rush called tenant , walked him through the process and assured him the new smell would disappear soon. Rush Wyckoff went back the next day and made sure the other tenant had no problems and checked again on first tenant. When the Wyckoff’s say they will do something they do it. We have and we will always use Wyckoff Heating and Cooling and always recommend them.

I would recommend this company for all your heating/air conditioning needs. Wyckoff is a professional and caring company that strives to meet the needs of all their customers. I was pleasantly impressed with how they fixed our Air Conditioner in no time and arrived very promptly. Very affordable as well!

The team at Wyckoff is always very friendly. They always make service calls a priority. I’ve never had an issue with getting fit in the schedule in a timely manner. Their pricing is pretty standard. 5 stars for the friendly and knowledgeable team.

Wyckoff installed my new HVAC system in my home 6 years and has been out to service my system on a regular basis since then. They are prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable about all things HVAC. They have 24/7 on-call service (which I used once when my pipes froze in my steam generator). I can't say enough nice things about how much their continued service means to my family...we are always comfortable in our home.

Overall I never have a bad experience with them. However one time a tech could not nail down the issue so they sent another tech who replaced a switch and we were up and going.

The blower motor starting squeaking. Fearful it would quit during subzero temps, I called Wyckoff to schedule repair. They scheduled me two days out. The next morning I woke to 58 degrees. Apparently the blower motor died in the night. After calling Wyckoff back, they said they were booked, but would do their best to get here same day. One hour later they called to say they were on their way. Their technician was great and knowledgeable. The only reason for 4 stars is there was a lot of rusty dust that fell from the venting, into the furnace, around the frame and on the floor. He never thought to offer the few extra minutes to clean out the furnace. I cleaned up the mess myself. It wasn't a big deal. I just thought if a professional would see something, they would make a recommendation or even schedule a revisit to take care of this minor furnace cleaning. Regardless, we will be using them for a new HVAC install. The units are 27 years old.
