    It's funny how they claim to be customer focus. This is a big old lie. They are rude and do poor quality work. They installed the heating and cooling system on my house. Every summer the AC never works, just blows out room temperature air. They come out poke around and some how it manages to work. The troubling thing is they can't tell me why it doesn't work. The next summer the same exact thing happens. After the warranty they try to charge me for coming out. Pretty ridiculous when their product hasn't worked since day 1.

    I have their people service my equipment a couple times a year. The technicians are pleasant and professional. Until this last inspection they were extremely thorough. This last inspection the technician did not wash the mesh as the others had.

    I was hoping to hire Wyckoff... the sticker on my furnace says installed by Wyckoff with “24-Hour Service” advertisement. But when I called today, because the furnace is out and not working, I was told they were booked out over a week and I should just call around to other companies . Guess they don’t want to earn my business, I appreciate their honestly , but I can’t recommend them if they aren’t staffed for the “24-Hr Service” they advertised on my furnace 🤷🏻‍♀️ I definitely can’t wait over a week for heat, in winter

    After replacing the thermostat and thermocouple, there was still no ignition of the burners on my ancient Ruud furnace. After reading online help blogs, I knew I didn't have the tools nor knowledge to continue on my own. I made a quick dash to return some library items and inquired if anyone knew of a good HVAC guy/company. Wyckoff was highly recommended. I called the next morning, and by noon my furnace was blowing hot air. Thank you, Andrew, for letting me shadow you and for answering my many questions, for rewiring the blue wire to the yellow wire spot on the thermostat (and agreeing that it was an unnecessarily complicated thermostat with hard to understand directions for a novice), and for explaining what a rollout limit switch was and how to reset it. What did this exemplary service cost? Just the price of a diagnostic house call. I'm a very happy customer! Thanks again, Andrew!
