I was having problems with my A/C so on the recommendation of a friend I called American Home, about a hour later Jason arrived at my home and went to work on the unit in the basement. Jason told me it looked like I might need a new A/C, but he still had a few more things to check. He went out to check the outside unit and when he came back in he said that my unit did not have to be replaced and was good for at least another year. Jason is a great guy who explained everything in a way you could understand. When he gave me the bill I was amazed it was about half of what I expected. American Home Services is now may "Go to guys" when it comes to heating and cooling.

Called for air conditioning repair of noisy out door unit operation. They came the next day at the agreed upon time. Had a replacment part in stock on the service truck. Pulled the outdoor unit completly apart for cleaning and inspection. Cleaned cotton wood seeds from the coils. replaced capicitor on start sequence. runs quieter and cools better after this was done. They informed me as to what they did and also checked the indoor unit to be sure temps were correct and blower motor was operating properly. made a couple adjustments on the controls to improve cooling. They did a great job.

What an experience! Our heat went out on a Saturday morning and AHS went far above our expectations in handling our situation. I felt like Chris was a buddy of mine asking for all the details of what we were experiencing, all the way down to the diagnosis of the specific part! They were able to source that part from a warehouse that was closed, promptly and proactively notified us about cost to do so, and most importantly had the heat repaired by 3pm that same day! We’ve been using AHS for nearly 10 years and don’t plan on stopping!

Just had the best experience with Jason!! He came to help with non-functioning AC and I am so grateful. He came less than 2 hours after my initial call, he explained everything, he stuck with the issue until he knew for sure it was resolved. American Home Services will be my go-to for anything HVAC related.

I was told about AHS by my father & my brother. I had an issue with my furnace acting up& not wanting to run when it was needed to heat my house. I called and talked to Jason after hours & he was very open to my phone call after hours & willing to help try to fix the issue over the phone & willing to come out the following morning to dig into the problem even more Jason said that he would be out between 8 & 9am. He showed up and was very professional from the time he came to the door. He took the time to talk about all the possibilities of what may be causing the problem with my furnace. By the time he finished up looking at everything he informed me that he thought he had the problem solved and asked me to keep an eye on it over the weekend and if it continued to act up that he would be back to look at it further and make the necessary repairs and not add any additional fees for coming back. I would highly recommend AHS & Jason for any help with your furnace issues. Thank you Jason for taking my phone call not once but twice especially the last call at almost 10pm on a Thursday night. It was a pleasure to meet you and have you out to hopefully have fixed the problem on the furnace.

I have been a customer with American Home Services for 8 years. Jason and Chris are AMAZING! The team is honest, respectful, professional, and extremely experienced. I always feel like a priority when I call in need of assistance and greatly appreciate the help I've gotten over the years from this company. Had an inspection done on my townhome for the process of selling it, and the inspector found what appeared to be a gas leak. American Home Services fit me into their schedule right away! Was very thorough and efficient with everything. Ended up not finding a gas leak. Definitely will be using them again in the future. 😊

Woke up to a 50 degree house because my furnace stopped working. Within just a couple of hours they showed up, diagnosed the issue, and replaced the part. So responsive and quick to resolve the issue. They were also very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend using them for your HVAC needs!

American Home Services has been the HVAC company I have called for the last 3 years for any AC and Furnace issues, concerns and maintenance. Recently I experienced a homeowner insurance claim on the AC unit due to weather. Jason advised the unit needed replaced, however my insurance company disagreed. Jason took time to explain to me why the unit was not fixable, he reassured me that the insurance company was wrong. Jason has made a number of trips to my to house to provide additional info to the Insurance Company, he has had many calls with me and my insurance adjuster, he came out to the house to meet with the engineer that the insurance company sent out. The engineer agreed with Jason (American Home Services). The unit was not fixable. Without Jason, my insurance company would not have replaced this unit. Jason is personable, he cares about the people and he knows his business.

We received professional and exceptional service! We contacted AHS for a second opinion after we were told by Service Legends that our house was not even safe enough for their tech and that our furnace could catch fire and our family could die from carbon monoxide poisoning. We did not appreciate their scare tactics. Jason and Chris from AHS were very professional and explained all of the issues, concerns and risks, without trying to scare us into buying a new unit. They made the required repairs, cleaned the entire furnace and parts, and showed and explained everything they did. We felt very comfortable with the service and cost and appreciated their honesty ! We highly recommend them!
