    No problems here. Went another direction, but their bid was competitive and the dude was friendly enough. The only qualm I could have was he insisted that he always did his own calculations, but several of the other companies went and measured/counted window, doors and what not. Maybe that was salesmanship on their part, but those others did spend more time at my house.

    I called Wyckoff's service number this morning for assistance with my furnace which stopped working last night. Their technician Tyler met me at my house a few hours later and had it up and running in minutes. He was professional, courteous, showed me the failed part, and explained what had gone wrong with it. Once again, the Wyckoff team came through quickly and efficiently at a very reasonable price. They continue to reaffirm who I'll be calling when it's time to replace any of my HVAC components!

    I don't normally give 5 stars to companies but in this case I will. My AC went out end of last summer. I had 2 companies come out to give me an est and they were both at opposites of each other in what they thought was wrong. I contacted Wykoffs and Mike came out and I explained to him what was going on and he gave me a quote which was pretty reasonable in my opinion. They came out yesterday to install my new system and the tech was super nice and very professional. I would most definitely use them again!

    After overcoming some initial communications issue where initial phone calls were not returned by sales team, I was lucky enough to get Vern on my third call to company. Vern listened and told me he would return my call within an hour with an estimate and to schedule a service appointment to replace some very dated thermostats. Vern was true to his word. He sent Josh and Tyler who arrived exactly when they said they would arrive. They looked at the dated thermostat system, efficiently diagnosed the problem and made some solid recommendations that required another part, plus another service call. Again, they arrived exactly when they said they would then quickly installed new parts and thermostats. Our system is running better than it ever has since owning the home. Thank you Wyckoff team, especially Vern, Josh and Tyler.

    During this uncertain time with covid 19, wyckoff replaced our air conditioning unit without ever entering our home. The employee was very professional he ensured that the unit worked and gave us a number to call in case we had any questions or additional issues You can't ask for a better company.

    Had someone out for an estimate and never heard from them again. Called twice for an update and was told someone would reach out soon. Pretty disappointing as they were recommended to me

    I like that you can bundle the furnace and AC inspections together to save a little money. They seem to be upfront with the work they have done, for example, the last time because my AC uses the old type of coolant that is very expensive and hard to get, they did not try to refill it without asking me. Do wish they would ask about taking shoes off before entering as a common courtesy.

    They installed all of the HVAC equipment as part of the construction of our home & we have always gone back to them for scheduled maintenance. Have had nothing but great experiences with everyone including the people answering phones & the service techs all the way up to ownership. I would strongly recommend Wyckoff!

    Absolutely great experience when my AC died. I got a response in less than 30 minutes after contacting them via their web form and had a tech out later that same day. Andrew (the tech) went the extra mile to find a leak in the line that was behind a neighbor's wall in a multi-unit townhome building and worked with me and the neighbor to get it fixed. He did what he could to limit my costs as well, rather than trying to charge me for whatever he could.
