Amazing customer service! Very great group of people here that really care and want to help their customers. Cassidy answered the phone and got me in with a tech QUICK! (During the 3 day heat wave we just had!). Was great at coordinating my service dates and following up. Understood my issue right away and handled it. Tech Justin was a great, very friendly guy who explained to me what he was doing while servicing my unit, which I thought was pretty cool! Found the leak and repaired it on site, ON his Friday with other appointments following! Went above and beyond! Thank God for the integrity of this company for honoring their product and work, HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Big name quality with a hometown heart!!

Above and beyond service! Craig came out to my house at 5pm and quickly determined what was wrong with my a/c. He called Justin over and they both gave me honest quotes and realistic choices of what needed to be done. They replaced a part, determined another part needed to be replaced and at this point it was 8pm. I told them they could finish tomorrow. Craig showed back up 30 minutes later with the part and said “let’s do this” and got my a/c back up and running, working until 9pm! Absolutely phenomenal!

They had a technician at my house within 30 minutes of calling. Sergio was polite, knowledgable, and professional. Had my problem diagnosed and fixed within another 30 minutes. All said and done, within an hour of me calling my ac was back up and running.

Turns out I had a bad capacitor. Sergio taught me how to diagnose it, and showed me how to replace it.

Whole experience cost me about $273 after some coupons were applied. No doubt a decent markup on the capcitor. But I think in this case the expertise and excellent service made it well worth it. 5 stars

AC compressor unit failed, it was so hot that week and we were cooking in our house. We have two dogs and shared our situation with the tech who immediately got on the phone with the the team and were able to come back onsite the very next day and replace the unit. Thank you!

No one is a fan when big ticket house mechanicals need to be replaced but we were fortunate to be able to use Des Moines Heating and Cooling to replace our AC and furnace. They were fairly priced with no exorbitant up charges or gimmicks. Their communication was exceptional as they made sure to keep me posted with updates and schedule confirmations. Our situation led to an unexpected snafu (our old houses’ fault - not theirs) and they made sure to jump in and help us out to make sure everything worked out in the end. I can only imagine the mess we would have been in if we had been using one of the big name companies. After installation, there seemed to be a disconnect somewhere as the outside unit was not turning on. We called to alert them of this on a Sunday afternoon and they had a guy out on Monday morning (Monday was a holiday) to secure the connection and he got the system up and running in no time. Overall, we had a great experience with them and if you use them, you can rest assured that they will treat you fairly, help you out, and give you a great experience even if there are unexpected bumps in the road. One may not be treated half as well if they use some other big name company. I will recommend them to anyone with HVAC needs.
