Honestly the best and quickest service I have ever received! My AC was fixed within an hour of calling this business. The cost was more than reasonable! The owner was extremely kind, professional, and experienced. Can’t say enough about this service! It was so refreshing to have such an excellent experience. I highly recommend!!!

Craig was AMAZING! We have a toddler at home, and I was worried when the A/C went out that someone wouldn’t be able to fix it for a week. Craig made time to come see us the same day I called, and had it fixed the following day. Great service and great guy!

These guys were great. Great service and they also had the best price. I had an emergency and we had someone in the home to quote it an hour later. This was on a Friday and they were there early morning Monday to install. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC work.

We used DSM Heating and Cooling to service our furnace and AC for 13 years. When it was time to replace our 22-yr-old system, we were a little concerned about using a smaller company for the big job of installing a whole new system including the water heater. But we trusted Craig and were rewarded with a high quality installation and at a much lower price than anyone else who had bid the job. A big thank you to Craig and his installers, Mike and David!

Craig is a lifesaver! Our house was 84 degrees and he made time to come and help us same day with our broken A/C unit when every other heating and cooling business in town was booked out for at least a week! He was very friendly and professional even though it was late and he had obviously been working all day. He took time to explain what he was doing and gave us some tips too. I called Craig on a hot stressful July day when my AC stopped working. He also gave me some tips on how to avoid future problems. A few hours later I was able sit at my computer and write this review as my home cools back down to a relaxing temperature.
