As a small time property manager, I always look for honest, reliable, repair men. I will never use another hvac company for any of my hvac needs. Tony is always very responsive, professional, on time, and honest. Even more rare these days; the prices are more than fair, and they have never tried to upsell me any products, or lie about what needed done. Tony is always friendly, and doesn't mind me asking questions (I'm always curious about things in different trades). If you're looking for an hvac company, look no further. You can't go wrong with hiring punelli heating & air conditioning.
Tony was very helpful and knowledgeable. He didn't mind me watching. I felt bad for watching but I wanted to learn more about furnace and he answered all my questions. He always calls back. Our A/C went out this past weekend and I called them Sunday to get something scheduled. They answered right away and we were able to set up an appointment. I let them know due to it being a holiday weekend, we could wait until Tuesday. The two guys who came to fix it let me know that the part they believed to be the issue was not on their van and they would need to come back to get it replaced. We got something set up the following day. They were able to get it fixed within about an hour. All of the employees I interacted with at my home and on the phone were awesome. I work in property management so I am familiar with a lot of HVAC companies/employees and I couldn't get over how great this company was. They were polite, did a great job and were very reasonable. I will forever recommend them and extremely pleased with the job they did!
If you are lucky enough to have found this review you can stop looking for an HVAC company. Tony Punelli is one of the most honest and trustworthy business owners I have worked with. Tony gave me a quote for a new furnace that was thousands of dollars cheaper than his competition (comparing apples to apples). I had my furnace installed a couple of weeks ago and it looks and is working great. Tony filled out all my SAVE Certifications and warranty information and sent it off for me. Great guy, great customer service, and great work. I HIGHLY recommend Punelli Heating.
Great service, stays in contact and gets inspections done in a timely manner. Trusted him with my home key to let his workers in when needed. Only losing a star because he forgot to call back and ask about the one inspection (you have a key, it's fine, I just want to know about it before rather than after) and typically only gives one day ahead warning for things he's known. Furnace itself is great and work done was also great and by friendly workers.

Below is a recent experience we had with Bell Brothers. We ended up giving our business to a company that practices integrity and offers its customers HVAC parts and service at a fair and reasonable price. Thanks to Tony and the entire Punelli HVAC crew for restoring my faith after being shafted by Bell Brothers.
I rarely if ever post reviews on any business but feel compelled to share a recent experience we had with Bell Brothers. We came home on a bitter cold Friday night aroung 8 pm to discover our furnace had stopped working. We called Bell Brothers and a serviceman arrived at our home within 30 minutes. Sam, the serviceman, who was a very nice gentleman, determined that the problem was a bad ignition module. Sam also told us that the furnace was old and needed to be replaced, which came as no surprise since it was nearly 25 y/o. Sam gave us the pricing for repair and it came to 792.70 to replace the ignition module. He indicated that they would usually forgive some or all of the repair bill with the purchase of a new furnace. Sam made the repair and was done inside of 1 hour. We received a call the next day from a salesman, Scott, who came to our home and provided two quotes. I asked him about the 800.00 service call and he was willing to give us credit toward a new furnace. I did mention to Scott that I was a bit troubled by the cost of the service call. When I looked up the cost of the exact same ignition module, it was 89.00......we were charged 680.20. Scott explained that their price bundled the part and labor. There was also a seperate trip charge in the amount of 112.50 which brought the total to just under 800.00. It seemed excessive to us, so I received a quote from another local company (Punelli Heating and Cooling)on Monday. There quote for the same after hours service call, and same exact ignition module was 331.22 tax included. ...a difference of 461.48. I then received a quote from the second company for replacement of the furnace and it came in at less than half of what we were quoted from Bell brothers.(same exact warranty,same specs, different make) I have zero problem with the two employees of Bell Brothers that we dealt with. They were both courteous, polite, and professional. I have a big problem with being billed excessively for services, and then later offered a credit for an obvoiusly inflated service call bill as a means to lure prospective buyers into buying an overpriced HVAC system. Shameful........never again.
I installed a furnace myself. Hooked it up wrong and blew the board. Punelli Heating and Cooling was the only company that would help me. Great service and at a fair price. Truly greatful for their assistance!!!
10/27/15 "THANK YOU" !!! Right up front the ($) price was sooooooo.............. reasonable!!! we had figured it to be within 3X as much. "Punelli" our service guy "Tony" had the problem solved within 25 minutes!!! Its really awesome to get more than you paid for- when its absolutely needed and you just come to terms you'll just have to pay the shell shocking prices. We are very happy with the SERVICE, the PRICE! We totally recommend & will continue to do so ourselves. Two of our neighbors paid way more.
They came into our home and were loud, crude and extremely unprofessional in their behavior and language each time they were at the property. Even after being told to hold it down, it continued. Very unprofessional.
