I had the opportunity to have Cameron S come and install our furnace. Didn’t catch his co workers name though. Both were amazing got in got it done and answered the questions I had in regards to maintenance on it for the years to come. Shelly in office is also amazing and gets back to you as soon as she can. Definitely a company to look at going to for a new furnace. They also showed up at the time frame that was given which is quite shocking for me as no one ever does so that’s also a bonus.

I have always been hesitant to have an AC or furnace checkup. Last time I did with a different company, they tried to rope me into a contract back when my system was virtually brand new. This year, Northway's was recommended to me by a coworker. What a refreshingly POSITIVE experience! Great communication for confirmation of appointment and when the tech was en route; he arrived on time at the beginning of my 1-hour window. Very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and HONEST. Answered all my questions and did not try to sell me anything or find imaginary issues, and my unit is 18 years old, so he could have easily made up some stuff if that was their tactic. Performed the AC maintenance/cleaning service requested, added coolant (which I expected), and was on his way. I will definitely be calling them at the end of summer for a furnace checkup! So glad to have found a company I can TRUST!!

My heat was not cycling on regularly & I wanted a new smart thermostat. I made an appointment, they came out on time, they inspected my furnace & fixed the issue. They also installed a smart thermostat, helped me set it up on my phone app. They are very trustworthy, friendly, respectful & family owned business. I highly recommend them.

Came out on Fathers Day for burned up electrical on a/c, got us able to run temporarily until installing new hvac system the same week. They were excellent with communication, honest, and very professional. I cannot recommend them enough. 10 stars out of 5!

We bought a new home and found that our HVAC system was too old for replacement parts. Northway was 1 of 4 companies we had come out and look at it and to discuss replacing the system. They were very professional, friendly and bluntly honest-which I appreciate! They replaced our system and then, later, performed a spring check. They have always been on time, efficient, reliable and reasonably priced. I recommend them to anyone that asks who did the work.

Charlie and the installation crew were great to work with! Communication was excellent and they worked efficiently, taking care to prevent tracking through the house and cleaning up afterwards. Would highly recommend their services!

My water heater was leaking when I called Northway….they came out within 2 hours to diagnose….then even though they had a full schedule was about to squeeze me in that afternoon to get the job done! Very pleasure and professional people to work with! Will definitely call on them again!

I liked the texts letting me know when they were coming, when they arrived and when they were done. Pricing was good and comparible, and did a great job on replacing my water heater.
