Northway's Heating & Cooling

I have used Northway's Heating & Cooling a couple times this year. My water heater burst in late summer and Charlie took his guys off another project and had a new water heater installed that afternoon. Today I had a whole home humidifier installed. They showed up when expected even though they called earlier to say they were running late, completed the job efficiently and showed me how to set things for summer and winter. Overall, a great company to work with and make you a priority when that is needed in the situation.

I can’t speak highly enough about this company! My AC unit was original and needed to be replaced. I had two quotes - one of the big guys in town and Northway’s. Not only did their quote come in lower but the entire experience was much better (ahem not trying to see me an OUTRAGEOUSLY priced thermostat for no reason like the other place). Plus the response time, customer service, follow up, etc made the whole thing amazing. Super grateful to this crew!! Plus it’s family owned and operated - shop local, y’all!

Charles came over and was very professional and kind. He inspected my hot water heater, furnace and AC until. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing service on their furnace or AC unit.

Cameron and crew came immediately to resolve a leaking AC vent pipe that was dripping on drywall above a closet - they came quickly and we were able to avoid expensive mold issues - I cannot recommend them highly enough.
